I am one of ten candidates sellected for a promotion. The final step is for the supervisor of that dept selecting one of us to work with. The supervisor now sent my current boss 6 questions about me. My boss wants me to help him with the questions and he will be sending them back tomorrow but I need to get it back to him tonite. 1. Describe the individual's abiltiy to be flexible to a changing schedule? Dallasite as worked outside his schedule any time he is needed. He is dilligent and always have the attitude of getting things done! 2. Describe what qualities this person has that demonstrates their dependability with completing tasks, thinking independently, and problem solving with minimal supervision. Dallasite has never been late since he started working for the agency, he has demonstrated strong leadership and problem solving skills many times. The first time he was detail out to plant 157, he saw a problem and created a document to make the dept run efficiently. 3. Describle their ability to communicate and interact with agency personnel (peers and supervision),and establishment managenment. Do they work as a team player, keep supervisor informed? Communication through written reports (MOI's emails etc). Dallasite is a mature individuals that had experience different field that required him to work as team player or independently. He worked well informing me or the establishment on issues either orally, email or thru memoradum as required. 4. Describe their ability to manage and complete agency documents in accurate and complete manner? Dallasite is detail oriented and completes agency documents accurately and in complete manner. 5. Describe their abitly to perform PBIS (agency software which is not related to what i do now but will be what i will be using in my new position. It is not a hard to know from what I have been told) and other computer related functions. Dallasite is very computer savvy and has helped me with troublshooting computer problem many times. He will have no trouble picking up PBIS whatsoever. 6. Has the individual completed all required FiSLER(not the real name) course material to work in the new department. (If I am selected for the position i will go for a training which deals with the course. However, I have taken some online courses for the FISLER especially the one dealing with the new dept i will promoted. Dallasite has independently taken your dept course online on peoplesoft and other classes on the FISLER. If given the opportunity he will have no problem passing the FISLER course.
