I need tips to sell my house

I am planning a move and need to sell my house in this bad market.I live in the USA.
Please could anyone who has been there give me practical tips on what to do to get the house off my hands fast without incurring much loses though I hope and pray to just break even.

Very simple. Do up your garden (you Nigerians are known for your poor lawn). Arrange viewing in the morning before cooking that Amala & gbegiri that smells like dead bush meat.

Remove all the Church/Christian stickers/bibles littered all over your house, because reasonable/Oyibo people view people with religious belief to be mentally disturbed and no one will want anything to do with an unstable person.

If you are still having difficulty selling, get a Nigerian funky feeling mugu politician to pay above the asking price for your house. All you need to do is tell the politician another bigger mugu politician has a home less than a mile from your home.
