My friend is going to Brownsville Texas, and wants to know where to go, to shop for Value for Money Church outfits for herself, and her daughters, aged13 and 6.

She likes couture style church outfits, something like Joyce Meyers on a budget.

Brownsville is not too far from Austin. Best bet for bargains, San Marcos, all designers, good bargains. It's a drive but well worth it.
Just tell her to wear solid walking shoes. She'll need them cos that place is biggggggggggggggggggggg!
