Its very unusual to find a bungalow for less than 2million Naira in Marwa Estate

2 years in adavance, it is a gated community n the flat in question has its own fence. Electricity is above average. i am trying to get the pixs uploaded at the moment. for the sake of clarity- the location of the flat is OWUTU-AGRIC b/4 getting to ikorodu.
