A 99% 22 rooms completed hotel located at Magodo estate Lagos is available for a joint venture. I am the owner and I resides in the U.S. Due to some major business I am currently involved, I do not have the capital outlay to make the hotel operational for now hence I need someone to complete the furnishing and start operation.
Anyone interested in hotel business should contact me for further discussion about how we could manage it together. I am interested in a person to join for a period of time with an agreed payback option.I will be very reasonable with the person that is willing to join and run it.

This Hotel is unique in it's own style and any customer You have must continue to come back when visited once. Here are the details:
It has 8 large rooms for 2 beds under the ground.
It has 5 rooms at the ground level.
It has 11 rooms in the last floor.
It has a conference room for 40 people.
It has a very large lounge/bar.
It has dining area to take about 14 tables.
It has 1 kitchen.
Every room is equipped with computer desktop for guest.
It has big parking area.
It had 150kva generator.
Mable tiles in all rooms done.
Doors installed.
Windows installed.
Electrical completed.
Water running.
Bathrooms done.
Still have room for bush bar if needed.
Mind you, we would need to do the furnishing. Everything in the hotel is completed and we need to put things in places we would like them to be to suit our liking. It is not painted yet but the paints are there, the a/c are there to be installed, the doors are fixed and what have you. Infact, everything needed is already there except few things we might need to our taste.
Interested persons should have between 5 to 7 million Naira for the start off operation. It is American style hotel design and you will love it if you visit the site. I have already spent over 100 million Naira on this project.
