but dem don sell me land twice in lagos before o. till today I still never see land, money, nor seller

Guys!
My apologies for not following up on this, but I just want to put the issue to rest. The land was apparently stalled due to some issues to be resolved between the land owners, they were working on financing some development themselves so all other people were put on hold. Even though, it has been resolved amicably, they may end up still looking for investors. I informed my contact in Nigeria that I no longer want to pursue the development on the land right now as I would not want any Nigerian in American to have any second thoughts on the deal. Or to invest and have any hiccups come up. (See I am looking out for you guys!) I understand that some of us have been burned in the past! I wil inform the board on any other development if and when it comes up!

If you need land in Nigeria, please go to Nigeria and your state agency responsible for land acquisition. Most state now sell lands to individuals. You get the form, pay the money and C of O will be issued. Most of the land are leased for 99years and you must develop within 2 years.

There a lot of places you can get land and build .Just use the right step, cutting corners is the bane of most Nigerians, ask how many do employ professional agents to get lands for them? very few, do the right thing and you see yourself building without stress.
