I am not going to join issues with you on FFK. He's not worth it.
MJ made a statement on another topic some days ago. In spite of my differences with him on Tinubu, I got his message even when he was not talking about Tinubu. He said something about Nigeria as a place where people respect you, no matter how you made your money. He is not the first to say it but I had to understand his point about defending Tinubu.
In your case, in spite of what have been pointed out about FFK, you want more from me. No be me O. Enough.
Let me remind you that many of the leaders of revolutions were born well and rich but decide on their own to risk everything fighting for the poor. That FFK was born with "a silver foot" in his mouth and impressed people with foreign accent could have been used to turn Nigeria Airways around or make a difference even amongst corrupt politicians.
Audu Ogbe was a member of NPN and he made a difference, even cut NPN HDQ power when they refused to pay their bills. When he went back to his village, his people laughed at him going back to teach as a poor lecturer. On his back back to politics, he learned his lesson and joined the looters. As MJ implied, he became a respected man that has more than enough. That is the story of Nigeria.
Let me tell you as a Yoruba man, I am proud that we are the moral conscience of that Country like a tradition. That is why others waste no time ridiculing us when any of us falls below standard. So you see, like the DaBishop, I have my ethnic bias.
It must also be noted that DaBishop is a long term member of Tiv Village Square whose contributions over the years can not be easily discarded. That is why I find it funny that he thinks NVS is Owambe thing. For that he should be ashamed of himself just like anyone of us when we let that bias take over our point.
