| Another Naija Bashing - Niger Delta Pirates The Most Dangerous In The World Says Doc.
If you're in the UK or have sky, then tune in to sky1 channel 106 and watch another documentary on Nigeria titled "Ross Kemp in search of Pirates".
Apparently the Niger Delta militants are Pirates as well and now the most dangerous pirates in the world according to the documentary. Meaning Somali Pirates are childs place compared to us .

| Re: Another Naija Bashing - Niger Delta Pirates The Most Dangerous In The World Says Valteena,
The Presenter of the Docu, Ross Kemp did not refer to ND militants as the most dangerous, not at all. If u watch the part 2 which was aired last week Monday, he made all efforts to get across to MEND with a promise to arrange a meeting in their jungle, Kemp was ready to go alone without the heavily armed Police officers detailed to guard him and his crew but he waited for days with no return call from MEND. He did not refer to them as the most dangerous. Not at all. My thinking is that MEND is only being careful as I am very sure that they saw the meeting between Amaechi and Kemp.
Secondly, Kemp started the filming right from Apapa port into Ajegunle and he reported that "Pirates" have been robbing fishing trawlers which was corroborated by one of the fishing magnates though he turned his back on the camera. I don't think those who are robbing the trawlers are pirates, not at all, they are just Nigerians who are jobless and need to eat. Note that the Guy who was interviewed did confirm that they are usually robbed at night when the ships are birthed.
One thing though, I think Fashola should help the Ajegunle community, did you notice their waterway and living condition? It's so appalling! It's not about roundabout beautification and Oshodi cosmetic facelifting but about alleviating the suffering of the masses. Ajegunle is no more a slum, it has become a human dunghill.
The concluding part airs tonight at 9pm

| Re: Another Naija Bashing - Niger Delta Pirates The Most Dangerous In The World Says Interesting analysis Wale. Contextually then, since people who hijack ships, steal their cargo and beat up their crew are not pirates, are armed robbers thieves or not? ...or are they just "Nigerians who are jobless and need to eat"? ....
