Speaking the truth
Anybody watched fireproof? The DVD came out today and I watched it with my children... such a lovely movie. Made me wish things hadn't gone the way they did with my ex, but then, thank God for His many chances. I will use their love dare in my upcoming marriage.
Thanks Sherwood films!

Shabbat (Sabaath as the English call it) is usually from Friday (sun down) to Saturday (sundown). Written in Hebrew as שבת, it signifies a day to rest from work and devote to fellowship with God and one's family.
The Hebrews worked 6 days a week and rested on Shabbat. Research has found that this routine is the most healthy for humans. Recently I began to keep the Sabaath! Courtesy of the Messianic church I fellowship with.
I am experiencing an extra blessing. Yes God is

Come to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, I will give you rest ... Matt. 11:28
It's been a little crazy lately... seemed like I was the only one holding on...I barely had time to rest before the sound of the war shofar was sound, I was about to cry out in despair when the Ruach HaKodesh reminded me... Yes, I am grateful,

Yesterday was the completion of the Hanukkah celebration and I was invited to participate in the processional and I lit one of the candles on the hanukkai. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanukkah for more details. Was I awed?!! I felt like singing D'vorah's song in Judges 5, "I, even I will sing unto the Lord... I, even I will sing praises to the Lord."
Being a Christan makes me a spiritual Israelite but with the keeping of the Sabbath and observing the feasts of the Lord as well
