Speaking the truth
I'm growing to love Father's day every year. Not only because God has been the Father to me and my sons, but also because I'm comfortable using His strength to "father" my sons whenever I need to.
I was raised with the ideal family image, even though I grew up in a dysfunctional one. The bible, movies and the inborn desire to have it all all contributed to my "dream" of a perfect family. When I became an adult and it was obvious, I wasn't going to get it, I devoted my energy to give"it"

The lady at check out counter of Sally Beauty Supply and I got talking earlier today. She shared with me some of the issues she was facing. I responded warmly and somehow age came up. So in her bid to excuse me from the "ills" of old age, she said "you don't have to worry about that, you're still a baby ."

A little over ten years ago I was introduced to Lance Wallnau by his tapes. The tapes were from a meeting he held at Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He likened the four beings in heaven to the four personalities humans have - the Ox, Lion, Eagle and Man. I was intrigued!
I have "followed" him as he followed Yeshua since then. He is not just a prophet and a psychologist, he is also a physical and a spiritual Jew. His "Jewishness" shed some light on some Tanakh questions I had.

When it comes to socializing, I'm more of an email person. I'd rather read my email than answer the phone. No wonder I invest more in computers than phones. I was taught that there are three "kinds" of people; the visual, the auditory and the kinesthetic. Well, I'm more visual when it comes to social relationships.
