Expanding on my personal opinion.

The liberal part of me believes, people should be allowed to do as they please. So if two men want to marry themselves fine, or if two women want to marry themselves fine.

Having said that, the religious / conservative part of me believes, the definition of marriage from time immemorial has been a union between a man and a woman and this does not extend obviously to same sex marriage. So they should go and find another word for same ...
