Overriding Excel's VB Editor's Passwords

If a person locked the vb editor in a workbook but has forgotten the password, is there any humanly possible way to break this password that does not involve downloading non-MS files/softwares?

Please note that it's not a password-protected worksheet that needs to be accessed. This response is needed like last year.
