Experienced HR Manager/Officer neeed urgently.

Position: Administrative Secretary
Department: Administration
Reports to: CEO (direct report)
This position is serving the CEO (direct report). All work will be handled in the most confidential terms.

Provide day to day administrative support to executives.
Prepare a variety of high quality, written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents.
Prepare and archive Power point presentations.
Arrange for meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes for same and making the necessary business travel arrangements.
Manage, plan and organize executives' daily calendar, including posting same, as appropriate on company calendar.
Manage membership dues to various organizations, subscription, distribution and circulation lists.
Prepare, edit and distribute itineraries, letters, memos and meeting minutes and keep track of RSVPs for events and meetings making sure that things are not overlooked by the executives.
Serve as liaison with department managers to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications.
Be available on behalf of the CEO to distributors, agents and customers
Perform personal assistant duties for the CEO as directed.
Maintain communication with select outside parties on behalf of CEO, including suppliers, shareholders, business contacts, etc.
Carry out routine office duties, including reception duties, in a professional manner.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and critical thinking skills. Must have good grammar skills.
Be highly proficient with computers, particularly with MS Office (all products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and utilize various applications, including running reports, spreadsheets and mail merges.
Consistently carry out tasks in a highly organized manner.
Participate as a highly motivated team player.

Minimum of 2 year degree and at least 1 year administrative support or office work experience working with top level management required.

Immediate need for Magazine Graphic Designer / Art Director seeking permanent position:-
Must be a creative problem- solver who enjoys teamwork & challenges
Strong knowledge of various visual styles
Must be able to create eye-catching, award-winning magazine pages and have a strong conceptual skills in layout and design
Will need to be proficient in Indesign, corel draw, Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator
Needs to have 2+ years of experience and an outstanding portfolio
Graphic Design or other relevant degree / college education

Details of the position:

The Graphic Designer / Art Director is responsible for:

Working with existing design staff to complete design of magazine on time each fortnight
Managing the creative team
Working with the editorial staff to determine and design feature article themes
Coordinating with advertising sales staff for ad design and ad placement
Backup and retrieval of articles/text/photos from previous issues
Managing advertising artwork database
Suggesting graphic images, illustrations, and photographs for columns and articles
Coordinating photo coverage for interviews, product reviews, and news items with Photographers, Contributing Editors, and the Executive Editor
Cover design / brainstorming
Creation of in-house promotional materials
Design of website and event banners

Non- magazine design resumes will NOT be considered. Must be an expert in Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator for the Mac.

Bonus points awarded for meeting the following criteria in addition to above:
Digital Photography - photo shoot experience

Salary range between depends on qualifications of candidate
