An idea has come. That idea is to pull up BA on their notorious habbit of treating their paying Nigerian costumers with utter contempt and disdain. Omotade's case was not an aberration. It has only served as a kind of starting/rallying point. Look at the way BA has chosen to deal with this. What else do you need to know? Again, an idea has come. If you disagree (perfectly normal) say so, but do not constitute youself into a self-appointed road block to those who want to do something. You must unass them and let them get on with it. Up till now, only you and that 'envelope-without-stamp', tanibaba have chosen to continue to pour scorn on people's efforts and amuse yourselves by putting people down. What do you expect? That you would be left alone to have a field day at other people's expense - even when you're clearly wrong? That would never happen. So my brother, your views on this don't matter. This is only because on this BA issue, the IDEA is not to examine all views but to do something about it. If we succeed, good; even you might be a beneficiary of this effort. But this doesn't fail because the least we can achieve is to bring wider attention to the matter, and attitude at BA & other airlines will change. You don't get that? You already said you don't want to be a part of the idea. That is perfectly acceptable by us. Nothing will be altered in any form to accommodate you. So, inspite of your dissenting views and negativity we are going ahead with our boycott agenda - no matter how little it might seem to you and your mate. All that is asked is to get off people's backs. Tanibaba we already know of and he is viewed and treated accordingly; but unbeknownst to you, your posturings here actually demeans you and the Salstep we thought we know. And that is a great pity.

@Salstep Please if you don’t want us to fight you should stop jiving and let us get to serious work. We have been given an assignment to start searching for Press Updates on this our global struggle. As for me I am volunteering to beam my torchlight everywhere under the globe. Indeed if I cant find any I intend to plant some stories in The West African Pilot and Concord Newspapers of Nigeria (the editors are my friends). There is also a new one called Awada KeriKeri Newspapers. I will also plant a few lines there. Please let us get to work in earnest so that we wont be seen as derailing this “loudably” (my English) project that will free all Nigerians from “oppression”. At the end of this “struggle” our folks will not wash plates and dead bodies in Oyinbo man’s land and their minds will be free to recognize true oppression when they see one. Thank you taslim

Glad to hear it. Point understood and taken. Cheers Dem PS: Pls forgive me for this, but I just have to ask: Don't you feel a bit squeamish with the alignment of tanibaba to you? I mean look at the quality of his posts...and he's suppossed to be a full grown man

![]() | Dem, I admire your attempt to seek the redemptive value in Salstep, but you have to know that in his jaundiced state, he's desperate for any kind of support, even if Lucifer himself is offering this. Personally, I'm not so convinced about the difference - birds of a feather I say! CHEERS! |
