Fabian Ajogwu Presents Books On Corporate Governance & Commerce
October 9 2007 witnessed the gathering of eminent jurists, legal luminaries and professors at the public presentation of the Book “Corporate Governance in
Nigeria
: Law & Practice” written by Mr. Fabian Ajogwu FCIArb. In his book, the Author laid out the principles of corporate governance, x-rayed the existing practices in
Nigeria
and presented the law and practice as it is, with much emphasis on the Securities and Exchange Commission and Corporate Affairs Commission’s Pioneer Code of Corporate Governance which he actively participated in drafting. The book comprises fifteen chapters, in which the author looks at the legal and ethical perspectives of corporate governance, the code as well as implementation and enforcement issues.

The second Book written by the law firm of Kenna & Associates was titled – ‘Legal & Regulatory Aspects of Commerce. The Book comprises 22 chapters of varying sizes, subjects, and preoccupations essentially on issues of business establishments, foreign direct investments, taxation, and oil and gas project financing. Within the last eight years, commerce in
