So May 29 is almost upon us, and the President-Select, Umaru Musa Yar'Adua needs to now turn his attention to the weighty problem of deciding who gets what. Here's how I imagine the scenario would probably look like...

Another banana peel for Yar'Adua...a heavy one at that

Obasanjo increases fuel price to N75

Following the 'sale' of the PH refinery to OBJ's boys, this was the next logical thing to do.

Umaru Musa Yar'Adua...over to you sir

Did I see a rep of the masses in the cartoon? OK he was only dreaming about his morsel. Let him go on and dream. Just imagine what multiplier effect that this latest increase on fuel will have on the morsel that the mass is dreaming of from UMY. And to hope that our Father performed the latest magic for the benefit of the masses as a parting gift, just a day to leave from office. If tommorrow comes.:mad::mad:

I just hope that he is not Alhaji Shehu Shagari Mark II who allowed cronies like Umaru Dikko to undermine him. I sincerely hope that I am wrong.

Further, I also feel that his position is less secure than OBJ presidency. Although there had been fewer head of states from the south, I still think that the northern military officers are trigger-happier and quick to intervene in a government if the head of state comes from the north. I hope that the President-elect is aware of this little fact. And I wish him all the best!

He needs to pay more attention to the angulu on his left shoulder, that one is dreaming about eating the whole cake all by itself.

Well done SLB.

I am sitting on the same angle, too. I sincerely hope that you are wrong.
