About Professor Itse Sagay: A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (S.A.N), former Dean of Law at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and the University of Benin, Professor Sagay is a foremost Nigerian Constitutional Lawyer and a prolific author of legal and political articles. He was a member of the Delta State delegation to the National Political Reform Conference 2005. A prominent leader of the South-South Peoples Assembly of Nigeria, Professor Sagay resides in Lagos, Nigeria.
