Legislating With A Sense Of Mission: Chukwumerije And Obiorah Print E-mail

The genesis of the post-war leadership in Igboland would be incomplete without the mention of Chief Anthony Ukpabi Asika and his regime. The Asika years at the government house Enugu introduced a unique dimension to Igbo politics. This is to the extent that some are wont to call it the "Asika Doctrine".

While he presided over the war ravaged vestiges of Igboland, his administration was known to be corrupt and inept, and to which he tells his people that "the softened pea should be enjoyed by whoever comes across it", referring to the public funds.

Borrowing from that experience, one would assert that the mentality towards public office in Igboland today, may have its roots in the "Asika Doctrine". Something that has over time, emboldened subsequent politicians of the region to think more of sharp practices than ethos..

Many would also propound that it was from Asika that the style which became the norm for  Igbo public officials to engage in impunity originated. A precedent backed with the hope that godfathers would guarantee a sanctuary at the end. Something which Asika himself enjoyed until his death.

Thus, the current exasperation on the part of the masses of the region was clear. In simple terms they are yearning for assertive leadership. But with the fast changing political situation on the ground, a  large number of the Igbo can now distinguish between their political figures-- those who can speak out, and withstand the trappings of power from those who can't.

From  Alex Ekwueme to Odumegwu Ojukwu, Ojo Maduekwe, Chris Ngige, Arthur Nzeribe, Achike Udenwa, Orji Kalu, Ken Nnamani, Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, Peter Obi, Ikedi Ohakim, Sam Egwu, Ralph Uwazurike  Dozie Ikedife, Anyim Anyim etc., the Igbo can easily single them out.

However, looking at the situation from a remedial perspective, responsibility, may have been the bane for the post war Igbo leadership failures. This is something that may have to do with a lack of sufficient education on the subject. It was Henry Fayol, the premier  Management theorist, who stated that authority and responsibility are inextricably interwoven. In this instance, It is difficult to be subordinate to two superiors with varying objectives. Superiors in this case: the electorate who rightly gives the mandate (authority) and the godfathers at the center.

But with the changing political tide across the land, the times are promising. Gradually Igbo political figures with traits reminiscent of "Fayols doctrine" are emerging on the scene, via the National assembly.

Nigeria and the Igbo world in particular, observed with admiration the sterling qualities of the last Nigerian's Senate President, Kenechukwu Nnamani. Throwing over board the Asika Doctrine, Nnamani rose above vices. He conducted himself with dignity which drew the admiration of his country men. His message to godfathers was firm: that the authority vested on him by the upper chambers and his constituency can not be usurped..

On the other hand, when they say that, "True heroism is remarkably sober and not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others, at whatever cost" One could not help but to allude that Uche Chukwumerije, who has in no small way re-invented himself, belong to this class.

Uche chukwumerije has distinguished himself as the senator of the senators of Igboland. His style of representative politics is a harbinger of great things for his people. Amid all the lures, Chukwumerije is noted to have stood his ground and led the bi-partisan group in the national assembly that stalled Obasanjo's third term dreams. Undoubtedly, he is the de-facto leader of the South East senators in the struggle for justice and equity for the zone. One other young disciple of  Chukwumerije is the first time Senator from Nnewi, John Ikechukwu Obiorah.

Barrister Obiorah with the guidance of Chukwumerije has continued to extol rare leadership qualities. Those who know his background would agree that he has taken his late father's qualities--empathy and uprightness into politics. In a few months of being in the legislative chambers, Ikechukwu Obiorah has assertively identified himself with notable Igbo causes.

His center-left politics has seen him take the stage to argue vehemently on those issues within his span of powers; From the non-key positions allocated to the Igbo by the present administration, to the need for more ministerial slots for the region, to the police IG saga, the diminishing political status of the Igbo, and now the freedom of Chief Raphael Uwazuirike.

His interest in Uwazurike's case is amazing. Coming at a time when many Igbo who are not even in politics would rather not write about Uwazuirike's incarceration for fear of being labeled pro-Biafra. And equally at a time when some of his peers would rather not, in their thinking, dent their image with Ralph Uwazurike, Obiorah did otherwise. The two men took Uwazurike's case to the National Assembly where the motion was stood down. Undeterred, they sought audience with the Presidency but with little result for their efforts..

And finally they pleaded to Justice Binta Murtala Nyako to grant them the custody of Uwazurike, a request which was favored.  I must say that It was an act that is seldom seen in Igbo political office holders, even as the two men continue to exhibit federalist dispositions.

As the senate retreats to amend the constitution, there is no doubt about the capabilities of these two Igbo senators. A lot is at stake, including the creation of the sixth state for the South East. I can bet we haven't heard the last from Chukwumerije and Obiorah. Watch out.

Thanks Obi for this sweet ''music''.

Indeed, Chukwumerije has sufficiently redeemed his image from whatever evil he may have contributed in perpetrating during Abacha's regime. I am very proud of the new Chukwumerije, especially coming from my state. I wish Orji Kalu could follow suit and redeem his image, but not before returning the stolen billions (if any)

While I accept that Chukwumerije has repented or so it seems (because its difficult to distinguish populism from true intension).

However placing Ojukwu with the likes Iwuanyanwu and Maduekwe is the highest level of irresponsibility.

"As the senate retreats to amend the constitution, there is no doubt about the capabilities of these two Igbo senators. A lot is at stake, including the creation of the sixth state for the South East. I can bet we haven't heard the last from Chukwumerije and Obiorah. Watch out".

I can assure you, Nigerians have indeed not heard the last from these two noble men, especially Ikechukwu Obiorah.

When in the last PDP Primaries, Ikechukwu Obiorah defeated the better knowns; Chinwoke Mbadinuju, Ugochukwu Ubah etc, I was amused when a Nigerian Journalist refered to him as an "Unknown Chief Ikechukwu Obiorah"

Ikechukwu has since 1999 been a victim of PDP injustice and gerrymandering. In 1999, the people of Anambra South Senatorial District queued behind his posters to vote for the PDP, but the then notorious Emeka Offor connived with his PDP mentors to rob him of his victory and coronated Nnamdi Eriobuna who sleeped-walked the Senate for four years (How many people eventually heard of Nnamdi Eriobuna?).

The Nnewi people in particular prefered him to his kinsman from the ANPP, Ikenna Chidolue. Had they known the antics of the Shananigans in PDP, Chidolue would have been a senator rather than Emeka Offors' Eriobuna.

Again history repeated itself in 2003, Ikechukwu Obiorah rebuffed Chris Ubah and his wealth, prefered to play it gentle according to the rules, hoping that Salihu Ibrahim who headed the PDP Anambra primaries and Audu Ogbe, the former PDP chairman would be officers and gentlemen. Yet again PDP stole his victory and crowned thieving Chris Ubahs' brother, Ugochukwu Ubah.

In fact, it was the legal action resulting from this injustice, that eventually went right up to the Court of Appeal, that led to the amendment of the Electoral Law: that a Political Party must submit its list of candidates one month before the election. This made it impossible henceforth for the PDP to change the name of their candidates, on the eve of the election.

Today, Rotimi Amaechi is a happy beneficiary of that singular amendment.

The truth is that Ikechukwu is well learned, principled and an effective mobiliser, especially at the grassroot level. Very popular: The bane of his political career is that he so much believes in the democratic ethos, and fails to appreciate the reality of the Nigerian democratic experiment; while his opponets would be at Abuja "mobilising" the powers that be, Ikechukwu would be at his constituency also "mobilising", but of a different group of people, the villagers. So that when he wins in the villages, his opponets would win at Abuja.

However, he appeared to have finally prevailed, proving the truism that the gods would eventually smile at the diligent and the patient one, even if he has had to fight a very aggresive battle to retain even this present mandate.

Be rest assured that a vibrant era of legislative activism has arrived. with his soulmate at the House of Representative, CID Maduabum, Nigerians and the Igbos in particular are bound to witness MPs with purpose, living up to their mandate, Putting the interest of the Igbos in particular and nigerians in general in the frontburner.

Yes indeed, "I can bet we haven't heard the last from Chukwumerije and Obiorah. Watch out".

They need our support and for those of you, particularly of Igbo origin who still do not recognise Orji U Kanu's place in this struggle, my advise is, think again. Without OUK, their would never be a Chukwumerije in the Senate. Apart from these two who did not come through Obj's do-or-die doctrine, you will think there are no Igbo Senators. Chris Anyanwu's first assignment was to join Obj's daughter & co to defend David Mark!

Dear Docokwy.

The jury is till out onthe Abacha regime and the evaluation of roles played by eminient Nigerian patriots such as Chukwumerije during that era. We are watching the resugimento of true Igbo values in both the man and Obiora and hope that these values will rapidly infect a critical mass of Igbo elites. Both are sure heading towards the Igbo Hall of Fame while the infamous House of Shame is still reserved for those who know themselves.:D:D

Now, this is the point I was making in another thread about OUK before some restless bunch of mischevious souls went on rampage there ... PDPs Ojo Mmaduekwe and co were hellbent on removing the likes of Chukwumerije all in a bid to install some Abuja puns. Kalu made sure that didnt happen and an erudite Chukwumerije elected to the senate pulled all human resources needed to evacuate a clumsy Obasanjo together in the senate by making sure that thrid term was stillborn! Quality representatives like Uche would have emerged in Imo state too where Kalus influence was felt in the governorship elections if Obasanjos presidency didnt take his sardistic "do or die" primitive approach to election to a totally frightening level there. In essence the best ralling point for Igbo politics today in Abuja maybe this comrade who puts his people first. And as we pay homage to his doggedness, it behoves all impartial minds to recognise the brain behind his emergence from Abia state and relection in the face of Abujas brutal politics. Without Kalu , there may have been no Senator Uche Chukwumerije in the senate as Obasanjos rigging machine looked to be home and dry! Seems like Uche recognises this , that may explain why he has always been there since Kalus predicament ensued.

Nwanne Mmadu,

For chasing Obasanjo out of Aso Rock, thereby letting other Nigerians taste power (in effect shortening when power gets back to the south again); for fighting the Igbo cause including championing the release of the MASSOB leader and for numerous other pro-Igbo stuff he's been doing lately, Chukwumerije stands forgiven by the Igbo.

I can't even place a finger on what he did during Abacha's regime?

1. Uwazuruike's release is just the beginning of the end!!!

2. The end to oppression and suppression.

3. The end to black slavery.

4. The end of apartheid political system that has made the Ndi-Igbos - one of the most talented nation in the world, classless citizens in Nigeria.

5. The end to the humiliation of Ndi-Igbos in Nigeria.

6. The end to a 419 and fraudulent Constitution that denies bonafide owners the right to the use of their land, human and mineral resources for their own development.

15. The end to regular pogroms of Ndi-Igbos.

Ndi-Igbo, please bear it in mind:

1.THE CIVIL WAR IS FAR FROM BEING OVER!!!!.

2. Your enemies have not only not laid down their arms but they are still after you.

3. Nigeria, especially the north are still your enemy.

4. Your enemy is after your complete destruction, capitulation and extinction.

5. Your enemy will not put down his arms unless he achieves this aim.

6. Your enemy has become sophisticated now.

7. Your enemy uses different methods - political, economic, social, pogroms, religious, e.t.c. to fight you now.

8. Uwazurike has become a symbol, just like Ojukwu, to lead the "freedom fight."

9. He must be given all the necessary support needed to succeed in the Ndi-Igbo course.

10. You can not afford to backdown now after going this far.

11. If you backdown now, your children and future generations will never forgive you.

12. You have the reputation of dogged and brave fighters.

13. Ndi-Igbo, believe me victory is at hand.

14. The federal government is already cracking, especially in the Niger Delta, his weakest spot.

15. You just need to be perseverance.

16. But there is still a long way to go.

17. The best strategy to use against your oppressors is to start a "guerilla war."

18. Your enemy is NEITHER equipped nor prepared, military, politically, most especially psychologically for this now.

19. Don't allow your enemy to buy time.

20. That's what he is trying to do now.

21. The best strategy is to set up assasination squads that will hunt down your past and present oppressors.

22. Let your enemy bury his soldiers and civilians in hundrds of thousands.

23. No mercy for your enemy.

24. No reconcillation with your enemy.

25. Set up kidnapping groups that will kidnap your tormentors, their children and wives.

26. Let them also feel your pain.

27. Hit your enemy where he is most vulnerable.

28.Form alliance with the Niger Delta militants.

29. Destabilise all their plans in the Niger delta.

30. Make the country ungovernable for your enemy.

31. Don't allow them (your enemy and the oil multinationals) to steal your oil and gas again.

32. Don't allow your them to pollute your land, water and air again.

33. Lay ambush for them.

34. Destabilise their government.

35. Never allow your oppressors to have a rest of mind.

36. Never allow your enemy to settle down.

37. Create problems for him to solve.

38. Always return fire for fire.

39. Never allow your enemy see you crying.

40. That will invigorate him and make him stronger.

41. And don't spare the lives of the traitors in the house.

42. They are even worst than your enemies.

43. Send your sons and daughters for military training, especially in the act of guerilla war fare.

44. Let your men and women read Malcom X speeches.

45. Let your men and women read James Baldwin's books, especially "The fire next time."

46. Distribute these books free of charge in public places, universities, secondary schools, e.t.c. to as many people as possible.

47. If you are faced with any obstacle, distribute the books underground.

48. Remember that your fate is in your hands.

49. Remember that the Yorubas are with you in your struggle.

50. Remember that the Yorubas want to form a strong and prosperous country/nation with you, based on equality and mutual understanding and respect for one another.

. SEND THIS POST TO RALPH UWAZURUIKE.

NDI-IGBO, THIS IS JUST THE END OF THE BEGINNIG TO FREEDOM!!!

NDI-IGBO STAY FOCUSED!!!

NDI-IGBO NEVER GIVE UP!!!

BE STRONG NDI-IGBO!!!

NDI-IGBO KWENU!!!

51. Go after the key figures in the cabinet and government of your enemy that he presently uses in suppressing, oppressing and murdering you: Security adviser, minister for defense, Senate president, minister of internal affairs, serving high ranked military officers, e.t.c.

52. The higher placed they are, the better for your struggle and the international publicity your struggle will generate.

53. Engage your enemy in aggressive psychology war fare and public relations of your struggle. This very very very important. Let your enemies look very very very bad on the international stage.

54. Look for different ways to increase the loss of your enemy, politically and financially.

55 For example organise regular protests both inside and outside Nigeria, most especially to embarrass your enemy and his emmissaries.

56. Engage in mass civil disobedience.

57. Organise mass protests in public places and government buildings.

58. Organise mass protests with placards during public events especially during national and international football matches.

59. Persuade all your sons and daughters, footballers, sportsmen, actors, actresses, musicians, writers, scientists, business-men, e.t.c. to make public speeches in support of your struggle and the hipocrisy of the federal government.

60. Organise regular press conferences both inside and outside Nigeria, and with the participation of prominent Ndi-Igbo sons and daughters.

61. Throw spoilt eggs, tomatoes, stinking water, palm oil, beer, e.t.c. at the representatives of your enemy during international events outside Nigeria.

62. Interrupt representatives of your enemy during official and un/semi-official
international events.

63. Organise an underground fund for your struggle. Without adequate funding, you can't fight your enemy effectively.

64. Penetrate the ranks and files of your enemy with your people in order to know about his plans and details of his movement and level of security.

65. Refuse to admit the legitimacy of your enemy and his representatives both inside and outside Nigeria. This is the one of the most effective psychological warfare to use against your enemies.

66. You need to be well organised and desciplined.

67. Never allow outsiders, especially the west, to negotiate on your behalf with your enemy.

68. They will inflict more harm.

69. The west has been conniving with your enemy for decades to oppress, exploit and kill you.

70. Remember that they sold not only the ammunitions that your enemy used in fighting you during the civil war but also trained his soldiers and offered military consultation to him.

71. Therefore, they can't be trusted. They are just after their own economic interests.

72. The west is completely satisfied with the present status quo.

73. Don't bulge in your struggle even if you are labelled terrorists.

74. Use your people to blow up military installations (barracks, residence, airports) and destroy the ammunitions of your enemy. If you don't do that, he will use these ammunitions to suppress and kill your people.

75. Use your people to blow up any foreign military installation or ship on your (or neighbouring) territory.

76. Attack the soldiers and police of your enemy on your territory and water, in the night and disappear.

77. Attack any foreign soldier or military officer on your territory (land and water) (or neighbouring territory)

78. Use your people, government/oil employees, ordinary citizens, e.t.c. to monitor closely the movement of foreigners, especially Americans, British, Indians, Israelis, Pakistanis, Arabs e.t.c. on your territory.

79. Confront them and ask for their mission on your land. Search them for electronic devises and notes.

80. Seize whatever electronic devise on them and give them to your technical experts to examine.

80. Tell them that their presence is not desired under any circumstances and that they should leave immediately if they value their lives.

81. If they tell you that they are oil workers, tell them that your people have more than enough specialists to drill your oil.

82. Send out a lot of your people to study Radio communications and telecommunications engineering.

83. Don't allow your enemy to set negotiation time table for you. Put pressure on him.

84. Tell your enemy to unconditionally withdraw all his soldiers, police and dismantle all military installations, including ships, before any negotiation can take place.

85. Transport at least 5 million of your people to the capital of your enemy within the next 2 months for a mass protest that will last for at least 1 month.

86. This needs enormous funding, good organization and co-ordination.

87. Start collecting funds NOW.

88. At least half of your people going for the protest should be unemployed so that they won't be in a hurry to return back home.

89. Do not lodge your people in the hotels of your enemy.

90. Lodge your people in the hotels and houses of your people and well wishers.

91. Make provision for meals for the protesters.

92. Provision should also be made for rest rooms before hand.

93. Provision should also be made for tents for your people to sleep in in the night . Each group could be divided into a subgroup. While some are on the streets protesting, others might be resting.

94. The protesters need to be prepared psychologically so that they won't be scared if they see the soldiers and police of your enemy armed to the teeth. The protesters must always look straight into the eyes of the soldiers and police of your enemy to demonstrate that they are not afraid of them. This is very very very important.

95. Train the protesters on how to handle the provocation from the soldiers and police of your enemy. The protesters must not hit or attack the soldiers and police of your enemy first.

96. The protesters need to be trained on how to handle or neutralise the effect of tear gas and hot water that the soldiers and police of the enemies might use on them in order to disperse them. They might need to take along with them some chemical substances for neutralising the effect of tear gas.

97. On the day of protest, divide the protesters into groups. They should carry placards with different political and economic slogans.

98. Each group should have a leader with 2 assistants.

99. The leaders and the assistants should be renowned human rights activists, lawyers, writers, professional sportsmen, business men, e.t.c.

100. They should all be instructed on how to react in different situations and scenarios.

101. The leaders should communicate with one another through a private radio network system and not through mobile telephones. If they have to use mobile phones, the phones should be changed very often with the numbers known only to the group leades and their assistants.

102. On the day of protest, the main and largest group consisting of at least 100,000 protesters should head for the office of your enemy very early in the morning, at least an hour before his workers start arriving at work.

103. The protesters should surround up his office and block all entrances to it. Nobody should be allowed in even the most senior man.

104. Simultaneously, the remaining groups should head for the ministry of external affairs, ministry of finance, Senate building, ministry of internal affairs and house of representatives and block all exits and entrances by surrounding the buildings with your people.

105. Nobody, no matter how highly placed should be allowed to enter into any of the buildings.

106. You must make 2 demands as the condition for you todisperse

107. The first condition. Your enemy should withdraw all criminal charges levied against Uwazurike immediately, unconditionally and with apology - since his detention in the first place was unlawful.

108. The second condition. Your enemy must annouce a time table for a SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE.

109. If you are fired at during the protest. About 100 people that are nearest to the soldier or police that is shooting should rush him and take away his weapon.

110. By the way, at least 100 people among the protesters should be well trained to handle ammunitions in case of a shoot out.

111. If the protesters are tear gased, watered with hose or shot at, the protesters should burn down completely the building that they are surrounding.

112. After the operation, they should divide themselves into groups and join other protesters at other locations.

113. And don't forget to step up kidnapping the foreign oil workers. Believe me This is a very very very effective strategy. The more hostages the better.

114 Go for the senior executives of the oil companies, they have more value than the ordinary workers.

115. Remember that ordinary workers could easily be replaced unlike the senior executives.

116. This act increases the cost of doing business of the oil companies, and subsequently reduces their profit. I will explain in details in my article "How the Niger Deltans can get their freedom from a terrorist country like Nigeria. (Part 5)

117. Do not treat your hostages nicely anymore. They don't deserve it. After all, they knew what they were going into when they connived with your enemy to steal your oil and gas. They are just pretending that they are touched by your suffering. They are hypocrites. They are parts and parcel of your problems. You have already warned them a million times to leave your territory for good. But they refused. So no mercy for them.

118. Keep the hostages completely naked throughout. And take their pictures.

119. Do not allow them to take their bath nor brush their teeth.

120. Don't bother yourself telling the hostages about your calamity. They are well informed. They came to your territory to enrich themselves at the expense of your people.

121. Demand for millions of dollars in order to release the hostages.

122. If the soldiers and police of your enemy attempt a rescue operation, then you have all the right to neutralise your hostages and disappear.

123. That will teach your enemy a lesson and that you really mean business.

124. Repeat the kidnapping again; as many times as possible.

125. And don't forget to always conduct a well organised night raids on the police and soldiers of your enemy stationed on your territory, including your water.

126. The attack must be fierce and bloody.

127. The soldiers and police of your enemy must be taken unaware

128. You need to be reminded again of the importance of kinapping the ministers, especially defense minister, internal affairs minister, finance minister, security adviser, senate president, the evil genius and other key figures in the cabinet or government of your enemy.

129. You must also target their wives and children for kidnapping. That should not be too difficult for you to do.

130. Strip all your hostages irrespective of their sex completely naked and take their pictures from different angles.

131. Let your hostages sleep on the floor without clothes on.

132. Demand a big ransome for their release. You shouldn't have any guilty conscience about this. You are collecting back part of your money that was stolen and still being stolen.

133. Never mind the fact that you may be referred to as terrorists. It's just a plot to discourage from your achieving your aim.

134. Remember this. You are not terrorists. Your enemy is the real terrorists whom you are fighting in order to get your freedom.

135. after your hostages have been released, release their naked pictures on the internet and paste them in public places in the night with internet address(es) of where the pictures are available.

135. I bet you this is a very effective psychological weapon against your enemy. Just try it and you will be shocked.

136. Remember. Never allow the United Nations or any international body to negotiate on your behalf with your enemy. They are all pretending that they want to help you. But in actual fact, they are all against you. Never fall into such a trap. You don't need any United Nations or international body to negotiate with your enemy. You can do that yourself

138. Send at least 50,000 of your people for intensive/rigorous military training in an African country that is sympathetic with your course.

139. Remember, this is not a war you fight with your muscles. But with your head and ammunitions.

140. At any time T, at least 50,000 of your people should be able to use AK-47 rifles and other ammunitions professionally in order to defend or attack the soldiers and police of your enemy.

141. These people/militants should be headed by a retired or serving military officer.

142. Buy a lot of radio communication equipments; tracking equipments, signalling equipments, e.t.c. and train your people how to use them and design radio network systems.

143. Find out, through your people, the radio frequency that the army, navy and the airforce of your enemy use and tune to it.

144. Use your people to get intelligent information about highly placed ministers, senators e.t.c. in the cabonet or government of your enemy.

145. A good time to launch any operation - kidnapping, attacks e.t.c. is when a highly placed official is visiting your territory. Imagine a prey walking into your den. Make the best use of such opportunity.

146. Remember without putting serious pressure on your enemy, he won't take you seriously.

147. Apart from stinking water, spoilt tomatoes, beer, palm oil, palm wine, spoilt eggs, don't forget to also add red paint to the list of the items you need to throw at representatives of your enemy both inside and outside Nigeria.

148. The red paint is a symbol of the blood that your enemy is soaked in due to the mass murder of your people.

149. Your people should be well dressed and presentable in order not to draw the attention of the security of your enemy. You should have no problem smuggling in any of those items.

150. The more people are present at such gatherings, the better. Events where foreign diplomats, guests, business men, e.t.c. are present are excellent for this.

151. The higher the representative of your enemy is placed, the better for your. That will generate good and free international publicity for your course. Remember that the best target are the minister for defense, minister for finance, security adviser, senate president, internal affairs minister, petroleum minister, e.t.c.

152. The person that throws the paint must accompany the throwing of the paint with shouting MURDERERS and " SOVEREIGN CONFERENCE NOW!!!!

153. He/She should not resist arrest from the security of your enemy after throwing the paint.

153. But he/she should continue shouting "MURDERERS, 419 CONSTITUTION, SOVEREIGN CONFERENCE NOW!!!

154. Transport at least 50 people to the occassion before hand.

155. Or they may just be in a big bus, a stone throw from the venue of the occasion.

156. Immediately the person that threw the paint is arrested, the 50 people stationed/planted inside and/or outside should head for the entrance and bring out placards with the following headings:

>" NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT IS A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!!!",

"NIGERIA'S CONSTITUTION IS A 419 CONSTITUTION!!!,"

"SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE NOW!!!"

"WHO IS AFRAID OF SOVEREIGN CONFERENCE?"

"NIGERIA OPERATES A FRAUDULENT CONSTITUTION!!!"

"CRIMINALS IN GOVERNMENT, HELP!!!"

"DEATH TO A 419 CONSTITUTION," DEATH TO FRAUDULENT CONSTITUTION!!!,

"CONTROL OVER OUR LAND AND RESOURCES!!! "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WANT OTHER TO DO TO YOU!!! E.T.C.

157. The above headlines could also be used in mass demonstration/protests anywhere including at the capital of your enemy.

158. The people who will throw the red paint must be instructrd and trained before hand to overcome any fear and handle effectively any pressure (especially psychological) that the task that they are assigned to carry out may involve.

159. They need to rehearse their roles many times in order to have confidence in themselves, and not be discouraged or frightened when the moment that they are supposed to throw the red paint, spoilt eggs, stinking tomatoes e.t.c. at the representative of your enemy comes.

160. Set aside a fund to pay those who are arrested by your enemy. Pay their family, anybody designated by them a fixed amount/rate for each day spent in the custody or detention of your enemy.

161. Increase the rate by 15% daily, if they are detained for more than a month by your enemy. Remember without adequate funding, you can't achieve a lot.

162. Increase the rate by 30% daily, if they are detained for more than 2 months by your enemy. Remember without money, it is impossible to do anything

163. Increase the rate by 45% daily, if they are detained for more than 3 months by your enemy. Remember without money, it is impossible to do anything.

164. The people that will throw the red paint must be carefully chosen. They must not have any criminal case. Your enemy can use this against your course.

165. Gather together some of your best lawyers, including SAN, to secure the release of those arrested. The role of good lawyers in your course can not be overemphasized.

166. Resist from paying fine for their release.

167. Your lawyers must sue your enemy to court for "unlawful detention" of your people.

168. Your lawyers must prove in court that the protesters acted within the law to while express or registering their protests, and that they have not committed any crime.

169. Try as much as possible to inundate or flood your enemy with as much litigations as possible. Keep him in court forever.

170. Remember you need to use all weapons at your disposal including legal and psychological, to fight your enemy.

171. Remember that your aim is not only to generate international publicity for your course but as well wear down your enemy, by increasing his loss, politically on the international stage and economically.

172. You are out to distabilise his government and increase the cost of continuing his oppressive policies.

173. Be persistent. Your enemy will eventually succumb to your course when he realises that his political and economic loss are enormous, and he is now loosing more with his oppressive policies.

174. Again watch out for the enemies/traitors within!!! They are worse than your enemy!!!

175. If you spear them, they will inflict irrepearable/irreversible harm on your course.

176. If you have enough evidence that they work for your enemy, burn down their houses and businesses on your territory.

177. And remember that time is not on your side. Therefore, you need to get to work now and not tomorrow!!!!

178. And don't forget that you need highly trained specialists to blow up or sink the patrolling ships of your enemy patrolling your water.

179. You might need some sophisticated weapons to carry out this operation.

180. If you don't have it already in your arsenal, then I advise you to start shopping for it now. Consult with foreign military specialists.

181. You need to make the soldiers and police of your enemy vulnerable and unprotected both on land and sea. You must do everything within your power to destroy the naval power of your enemy.

182. If you succeed in sinking the patrolling or any ship of your enemy, believe this is going to be a serious economic and psychological blow to your enemy.

183. He needs to spend millions of dollars to acquire a new one.

184. Moreover, it will generate good international publicity for your course.

185. You will also need good snippers to attack the soldiers of your enemies stationed on your land water.

186. You will also need to attack your enemy in the air.

187. Use your people to get detailed information about the military planes your enemy uses and their flight schedules.

188. Don't allow the military planes of your enemy to fly over your territory.

189. Blow up his planes both in the air and on land.

190. For the air operation, a shoulder stinger is more than capable to do the job perfectly. They are not that expensive as you may think.

191. Remember. If you don't blow up his military planes now, he will eventually bomb you with them.

192. This is a very important operation in your struggle. Make your enemy to be as vulnerable as possible.
