Good judgement! Good for democracy. Good for rule of law. Good to keep the rampaging despot in check. But Atiku still won't get my vote.

I hope OBJ learns that his mindless pursuit of his vice for personal ends will only make Atiku a hero instead of a villian. There is no gain saying that his persecution of his deputy have made Atiku more likely to be preseident come May. I hope this judgement settles permenanetly what we already know: the people elect their leaders not the party. Nigeria we hail thee

The problem Obasanjo is facing is that he and his deputy seem to be twins that are sharing the same organs(corruption). It is further compounded by the fact that Obasanjo´s surgeon(Ribadu) has advised he against surgery because it could be life threathening. Obasanjo will do away with Atiku once he finds a way.Now it is that both of them are entangled in nearly all the corrupt deals Atiku is being accused of.

There is life yet in the judiciary! At least a segment of the Nigerian society that has not been sold to OBJ and his dreams! Let's see how long before OBJ drags this UNANIMOUS decision to the Supreme Court yet again.

Atiku should nonetheless understand that this decision is not about him as a person but the office. He is just as corrupt as OBJ and the country would be glad to be rid ob both, yesterday!

Our judiciary can perform - no doubt about it. Under an Utomi administration however, the judiciary will have teeth so it can also ENFORCE these laws.

Atiku was on BBC a short while ago - he was an embarrassment. Out of 140 million Nigerians how did this Atiku become VP?

VOTE PAT UTOMI FOR PRESIDENT... Imagine the possibilities. It's high time we got our respect back as a people.

If the judgement had been otherwise the people here would have cried foul and scream that Obasanjo is the 'single most danger' to our democracy.

Good for Athiefku though he will still not be Nigeria's next president.
