The following unedited IM dialogue between Sowore and Ikenna helps put more perspective on the ongoing debate. Let the reader judge:

June 15th 2007

Sho: So, Ikenna how does it feel

Ikenna: wat feel?

Sho: The demise of your chief

Sho: Andy Uba

Ikenna: my cheif?

Sho: Of course

Ikenna: u mean... in my hometown

Ikenna: u r too grown for us to get into this

Sho: I sent you a copy of that pathetic article you wrote

Sho: Praising Andy for the second Niger Bridge

Ikenna: i stand by it

Ikenna: and it is called BALANCED

Sho: I told you all of it would not last

Ikenna: I TOLD U FIRST

Sho: Truly, I was really disappointed

Ikenna: at?

Sho: in you, I didn't belief any of the stories around you until I read that article

Ikenna: oh boy...

Ikenna: let me tell...

Ikenna: u

Ikenna: once and 4 all

Sho: Yes, go ahead

Ikenna: i did not collect $$$$$

Ikenna: and did not sell anything

Ikenna: this is the last

Sho: But why would you debase yourself so much, was it fear?

Ikenna: i was doing it base on REFLECTION

Sho: The good thing is that, today is morning after, I hope you will reflect again

Ikenna: oh boy

Ikenna: i m sorry u did not get a chance to UNDERSTAND ME

Ikenna: i have noooo political leaning

Sho: I did, I actaully waited and defended that you were doing right until I stumbled on that article and then felt stupid

Sho: like, i told you before, I could care less about Peter Obi and what you wrote about him

Ikenna: the truth is... the niger bridge... is nooo joke and it had biafra implications

Ikenna: i will FORGIVE SATAN  if he/she builds 2nd niger bridge

Sho: Clearly, they were fundamental missteps on Andy Uba and the whole praise singing in which you had to recant on the truths you had written about him

Sho: The second Niger Bridge is the right of IGBOS

Ikenna: as per ASA-USA... ASA-USA is financed by Peter Obi

Ikenna: that simple

Sho: No one should be praised for it

Ikenna: i have by facts too

Sho: I am not interested in ASA-USA

Ikenna: well

Sho: I have always had my suspicions

Ikenna: ASA-USA is the origin

Ikenna: and the source of the rumor

Ikenna: well thats u

Sho: The biggest evidence came from your own writings not ASA-USA (For me)

Ikenna: yes

Sho: That's my point

Ikenna: my writtings stated that ANDY uba ability to govern has nothing to do with my previous writtings

Ikenna: and that i'm willing to over look it

Ikenna: and i did not have to write it either

Ikenna: but i decided to brave it

Sho: Well, the truth today is that his lies and fraud has collapsed like a pack of cards

Ikenna: no!

Ikenna: MAURICE IWUS lies

Ikenna: collaspse

Ikenna: and Ngiges lies

Sho: It didn't put you in good stead

Ikenna: Ngige was the one that lost

Ikenna: the tribunal in 2003

Sho: All of them lost, Iwu, Ngige, but most importantly Andy uba lost the most

Sho: No one can change that

Ikenna: true

Ikenna: but

Ikenna: Ngige lost the most

Ikenna: becos this election was his

Sho: Friend, I thought you knew better, really. I trusted you and I felt like you stabbed me

Ikenna: if the tribunal was allowed to sit

Ikenna: stabbed u

Sho: By saying that you regretted that you co-authored a report

Ikenna: then if thats the case.. then i need to learn how to stab better

Sho: on Andy Uba, something that you freely did and i thought was out of conviction and good conscience

Ikenna: yes

Sho: You could, but you may not always wound others

Ikenna: lol

Ikenna: listen...

Ikenna: ppl are difference in their kinds

Ikenna: allow me

Sho: I am sure that I have no control over what you do with your 'kind', yes, I agree that people are diff., that should also come upfront when two kinds meet

Sho: I remember the last IM, I had with you and you were telling me I wasn't safe in Anambra

Ikenna: i am from anambra

Ikenna: and i visit home frequently

Sho: and all of that, it was so funny

Ikenna: and i'm an inteested party to the wellbeing of the state

Ikenna: i wasn't safe either

Ikenna: thats y i told u so

Sho: Even if it means working with a crook like Andy Uba

Ikenna: or a satan like lucifer or ngige... yes

Sho: Case closed.

Ikenna: stay tuned for more rpts...

Sho: I am glad that there is a morning after the day before

Ikenna: by the way ngige is building two giant structures... one in lagos and the other in Abuja

Sho: Please, kindly keep doing your true best. I hope that all of the crooks who fleeced Anambra and else where in nigeria will be truly exposed

Sho: Ngige inclusive

Ikenna: yes...

Ikenna: but there is an angle to it

Sho: But don't forget that a report is as good as the credibility of its source

Ikenna: yes with time... true always sails

Ikenna: truth

Ikenna: always out lives

Sho: Oh definitely, I believe that very much!

Sho: Just like "Chief" Andy Uba faced the nemesis called truth hours ago

Ikenna: so

Ikenna: i'm not in this fpr POPULAITY CONTEST

Ikenna: NEITHER I'M I A "MEDIA" man

Sho: At this point only you can tell what you are in it for

Sho: Only time will tell

Ikenna: fela "everyday is 4 the owner, one day is 4 the thief"

Sho: Absolutely, never forget that

Ikenna: the day the thief enter... u have to be ready

Sho: It is a truism

Ikenna: lol

Sho: Listen, I wish you luck with your style, definitely there is something than we can all learn each time the dynamics shift

Ikenna: they offered me a post i refused it

Sho: We 'll never get to know what happened with the Andy Uba pple for sometime, but I am worried so much that you got so close as to accept positions

Sho: or reject them

Ikenna: nooo

Ikenna: i'm in the midst...

Ikenna: my family is involved...

Ikenna: my village almost borthers theirs

Ikenna: and its walking distance...

Ikenna: my town is Uba town

Ikenna: u check?

Ikenna: that is the reason behind the change of name from nanka.org to....

Sho: Like I said, friend, something was going terribly wrong along the line, but here we are hours later, there is a diff. situation on the ground

Ikenna: its ok

Sho: You have a lifetime opportunity to reflect on some of the things that didn't add up as you embarked on this latest journey of yours

Ikenna: lol

Ikenna: not a minute

Ikenna: i am business in bars and villges chasing after village girls

Ikenna: to be thinking about that

Sho: Hanging out in bars and chasing village girls seem like a good escape at this time

Ikenna: lol

Sho: When all of that wears out, take a moment and reflect

Ikenna: u dey craze... small

Sho: I can only wish you good luck

Sho: Take good care

Who are the lawyers here ? What was Sowore's motive here ? I have always said this fellow is an agbero journalist. Did he notify the guy he was saving their chat conversation? I think this act is against privacy laws, if he was in Canada he would be playing with jail time. This is all nauseating!!!

No laws have been broken in any jurisdiction. All he has done is reproduced in verbatim a record of a supposed conversation. He may run into difficulty if he produces a tape recording of the said conversation. Even at that, there are still ways around it.

Sowore has made his point and I think Ikenna has done himself more damage by his attempts at exoneration. He comes across as one who played smart but was well out of his depth. Then again, I could be wrong just like it may be that Andy Uba has a first degree from MIT and a doctorate from Harvard. He just does not want to show us. We too don't want to vote for him. Shikena.

Aluta!

Objection Katampe, this your question about motive is capable of derailing the subject. The matter at hand is pin pointing when Ikenna Ezenekwe sold out and for how much. So lets keep our eyes on the ball.

Ikenna:
i will FORGIVE SATAN if he/she builds 2nd niger bridge

I am in complete agreement with Ikenna on this one! After all, it is ALL about service to the people... and whatever it takes! Beg, cajole or invade other countries to please your electorate! aka National Security or protecting our way of life

Sho:
The second Niger Bridge is the right of IGBOS

I am not so sure of Showore or Sowore Because, rumor has it that non-IGBOS and even non-Nigerians have always used the current Niger Bridge.... AND, would be at liberty to use Niger Bridge II

On the whole, I also think this is an undisclosed spoof

No Laws Broken? Really? Ikenna and Sowore both live in the New York/New Jersey Metro Area

Summary of Consent Requirements for Taping Telephone Conversations

This chart sets forth the applicable law regarding whether telephone conversations may be lawfully recorded. Remember that unless the caller and the called party are in the same state - then only that state's law would apply - the interstate call actually implicates three bodies of law, federal law, the law of the calling-party's state, and the law of the called- party's state. Each law must be obeyed.

The federal statute convering the interception and disclosure of wire communications is codified at 18 U.S.C. § 2511. The statute is the blueprint for many of the state statutes in this area of the law. It requires one-party consent and states it is not unlawful "for a person not acting under the color of state law to intercept a wire, oral, or electronic communication where such person is a party to the communication or where one of the parties to the communication has given prior consent to such interception unless such communication is intercepted for the purpose of committing any criminal or tortuous act in violation of the Constitution or laws of the United States or of any state." 18 U.S.C. §2511(d).

As to the individual states, each can be grouped in one of two categories. Specific statute citations for each state follow

This appears to be transcript of an IM session between Sowore and Ikenna rather than a telephone conversation.

Look again at the following lines -

"Sho: You have a lifetime opportunity to reflect on some of the things that didn't add up as you embarked on this latest journey of yours

Ikenna: lol

Ikenna: not a minute

Ikenna: i am business in bars and villges chasing after village girls

Ikenna: lol

Sho: When all of that wears out, take a moment and reflect

Ikenna: u dey craze... small

Sho: I can only wish you good luck

Sho: Take good care "

It appears Ikenna was in Nigeria when this IM session took place.

@ ILN

slow down now. Why all these wire taping info, it was just an IM session.

@ article

I cant really see any smoking gun evidence from this IM conversation. The closest thing is when Ikenna says he turned down job offers (probably from Uba's camp) even though in his rejoinder he tells us the the only communication he has had with Uba(and his camp) is about his gully erosion prevention pet project

Author is "NVS Reports"; who is "NVS Reports"?

And, if this private conversation was made public without the consent of the two interlocutors, that is - at the very least - unfair.

And, this is no screen shot; why should anyone believe it? As this ongoing circus shows, even pictures can be used to tell lies, so why couldn't a chat?

Some villagers never cease to amaze me, Ikenna poured lies out of his guts about Okey Ndibe and Sowore, he maligned, slandered and blackmailed these citizens and some called for them to state their side of the story.

One of the accused person has stepped forward to give a public evidence about Ikenna's state of mind which completely shows his motive and pecuniary engagements and here again, the IT specialist/ non-practicing lawyer of the house, ILN,turns the page away from the substance to tell us that Sowore ought to be in jail for defending himself, another one named " Katampe" says Sowore should practically be plucked from the US and extradited to canada to face trial for stating his side of the story.
@Fjord, you said this was unfair because there was no consent? Did Ikenna seek the consent of the other parties before divulging his side of the story?

I tire oh! What a hypocritical bunch!

I will say that Ikenna doesn't deserve this attention, go check his Ogenereports/Ukpakareports website, you can judge that this guys serves the devil.
