DANCING ON OBASANJO'S GRAVE, REFLECTIONS ON RUDOLF'S ARTICLE Why are all these brouhaha on third term agenda, why are all these political harakiri, why can't OBJ make omelets by breaking eggs, and why are people crying more than the bereaved, why should Rudolf on exile abuse nobbles, why should mediocrity have a place among intellects? why should we replace civility with imbecility? why are all these missiles directed at OBJ for the single reason of a TTA which for once never came from his mouth, why should we rejoice after throwing away the baby and the bath water, why should we do away with constructive ideas in the Bill only to come round with scud missiles directed at the astute Mr President. People of informed minds knows the delicate nitty-gritty of governance and that only rarely do leader don't err either overtly or covertly , but should that erase the good work they have done? I will say no, realistically speaking as at today, OBJ is still the best of Nigerian Presidents both in morals and dispositions or whatever, the in advent issue of TTA will not do anything to diminish him. We should be careful not to be beclouded with sentiment when we talk about OBJ, those before him never surpassed him in performance, I beg to be corrected, hence someone like Rudolf who I believe is less opinionated on politics on such a scale as obtainable in Nigeria should exercise due restraints, especially when playing to the gallery on issues like this. As at this morning there is no credible candidate for the presidency and for this reason I will take Rudolf and others alike down the history lane, these comments are for the large hearted who do not believe in political jingoism along ethnic or tribal lines. Their stake in the Nigeria nation is questionable and they need to be examine critically, their plan of Biafran annexing south south resources then has failed permanently, the Ogonis are wiser now, was it because OBJ acted bravely for the overall interest of all and sundry during the war that he is been castigated now, what happen to the run away captain (sics) Ojukwu or whatever, is he still not been worshiped. He is the same man winning elections for APGA.To some he is a great man. Second man Ekwueme, what did he do during their ignominious era with Shagari, was it not this same Obasanjo that handed over to them, of all his education , theirs was the most corrupt civilian administration or who can beat the record of Dikko and co, In a civilised cohorts where Rudolf claim to be, someone like Nzeribe will be on the cross by now, crucified., instead he is still winning election over and over, is he an alternative to OBJ? Chuckumerije now a senator was like a lunatic on rampage as a minister under Abacha for a very long time, where was Rudolf? Evan and Evans Ewerem ,where was Rudolf? Was OBJ responsible for his scandal? Half literate Kalu ( I have talk with him before, he was empty) , amassed his dirty wealth through Abacha after leaving his carpentry job in Maiduguri, he is the saint now with his mother as the Thatcher in Abia state, is that our potential president, somebody that is richer than his state and he is always bold to say it, we are all working and we know how easy it is to be richer than our state. Rampaging Chris Uba, where are you Rudolf? The morbid obese Pius Anyim with his rat race to apparent glory and the houses in Apo village gotten through corrupt enrichment, where was Rudolf? Was OBJ responsible for this? Anenih stole almost 200 billion for the south east roads, I had never come across where Rudolf and co, wrote to criticise him, why OBJ all the time, even if some people can not fix their toilet it is OBJ, why all these rancour and acrimony about Mr President? Instead of Madueke helping his kinsmen, He was busy riding bicycle where was Rudolf? When Nbadinuju did not pay salaries for months, and was killing his people indirectly, was it OBJ? The unresolved killing of the NBA man and his wife in Anambra, was it OBJ? Dr Tim Menekaya sat on the worst period of health service in Nigeria with unprecedented number of preventable deaths, was this OBJ? Endless There is a log in Rudolf eyes and others like him that has never seen anything good in OBJ yet they don't have any precedent for comparison nor do they have suggestions for alternatives, not just any but a better alternative and I challenge them today to produce one not all this rigmaroles full of political innuendos or better still keep quiet for a while. To Rudolf and others alike I will refer them to Abraham Marslow on self esteem and self actualisation but before then they need the basics to survive which they can acquire from G. Hoghburn on behavioral diagnosis ,they are like the prodigal son that will soon turn round from negativism to a path of commendation. People like Rudolf should organise their home first and establish a base, the presidency is slipping away to God knows where and people are busy chasing shadows, even though there are no credible candidates yet, all are sold out, everybody should put their house in order, the issue of TTA is gone for good and we should use the opportunity to do something constructive, be enterprising in our criticisms rather than expediting on irrelevancy. If we cannot crucify all these people above and and others alike and they are still living within us in the society, Rudolf and his company lack any locus standi and all their comments on OBJ are hereby null and void, prejudiced and without basis. Vox populi vox...... Obasanjo paid the debt, that alone is circumstantially enough. My advice for idling on OBJ is simple disorientation and reorientation, and we should be more concern with cost benefit ratios. Excuse me please.. Samuel Omotoso ( Dr.) rotator cuff
