By this, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is out of the election. The INEC made this known yesterday through its Chairman of Legal Services, M.A Abubakar, insisting that it would invoke relevant sections of the constitution in baring candidates of questionable characters from participating in the coming elections. It stressed, therefore, that every intended substitution by the parties must be accompanied by cogent verification reasons.
