| In Jersualem of First Century A.D, a confection of forces contrived to bake an institutionalized matrix of political hypocrisy. This socio-political and pseudo-religious dough of uncensored hypocrisy drilled its way into the epicenters of religious power and political influence over the people. It coagulated and coalesced into a cabal of faceless men convoked for the enthronement of avarice and double-speak. They were the Pharisees; a bastard concieved in the adulterous boardrooms of religious compromises, where selfishness was allowed to rape the gullibility of the people and thus sired the notorious and inglorious bastard that was Pharisaic hypocrisy. The Pharisees were such an arrant coagulation of hypocrisy, so much so that they were so fluid and adept in dressing their arrant and conscienceless fleecing of the people in religious garbs. They steal from the people and defraud them in the name of God. Despite the fact that unseasoned confectionaries of saturated hypocrisy, has from of old baked in the social ovens of human history, the pharisaic version became a benchmark; fossilized and unparalleled, upon which all other manifestations of impious cant are measured or weighed. The periscope above has been the familiar trajectory of hypocrisy. Whenever it marries political power, it destroys the faces it does not like for innocent acts that affronts his incompetence and shows the world the grotesque nature of his unhealthy dalliances with ineptitude. Many would construe my comparison as an unnecessary excavation of the past that has no bearing for contemporary times or realities. Whenever this kind of interpretation holds sway, it is to say the least, a grievous misconstruction. This becomes heightened when one realises that each age bears in its hands, the responsibility of neutralizing, downgrading or allowing the acidic toxicity of politicized hypocrisy in its firmament. A society braces itself up for disaster if by commission or default it allows the corrosive potencies of hypocrisy, to gravitate its politics and social existence. This holds absolutely true because when hypocrites are in power, the state is bled dry under the cloak of government; doublespeak is elevated to state policy and roguery becomes the exclusive province of the incompetent Emperor. Every hypocritical and megalomanic dictator would normally seek every available justification to destroy those class of individuals whose genius, simply being what it is, challenges his monstrous ignorance. When no justifications exist, one is invented from the boiling vortex of his madness, even if it defies reason or crucifies logic, he cares no hoot. He is pregnant with a vengeful hate and volcanic insecurities. To this end, reason is not his major forte. He defies it with the ease resident only in the halls of imbecility. Hitler with his concentrations camps and crematoria in Eastern Europe had no reasons to attempt a historical annihiliation of the Jews. No logic can ever essay to justify the gassing, burning, and reduction of over Six million Jews to cinders from 1939-1945. But Hitler needed no reason. He was drunk to dipsomanic crapulence by the wines of wickedness and irrational hatred. Pol Pot with his Killing Fields used the same scythe on ordinary Cambodians. His madness and hypocrisy left a harvest of over One Million skulls as a testament to his vampyrean tastes. During Pol Pot’s reign of madness, people were condemned to death for the simple reason of wearing eye glasses. This painfully laughable stupidity is a footnote to the irrationality of many of these ogres, whose madness was misconstrued by the people, until it cried unfathomable havoc and released the dogs of destruction, which has continued to haunt history. African examples abound. Idi Amin’s syphillitic-induced madness equally perpetrated the same regime in Uganda earning the inglorious title of the "Butcher of Kampala" for his skill in feeding the crocodiles of the River Nile with the bodies of over 300,000 of his "opponents" perceived or imagined. Mobutu Sesse Seko turned the Sports stadium into a 60,000 seater gullotine, where those who dared spoke out against his plunder of Zaire were dispatched to meet their creator, smoking with holes that were perfunctorily and fatally drilled into them by Mobutu’s bullets. Babangida in Nigeria presided over the acquisition and deployment of the letter-bomb that parcel bombed Dele Giwa out of existence. Abacha was more mad and hence more brazen in his own approach. He sent his government trained assassins against anybody who dared trouble his digestion one beat. Kudirat Abiola, Pa. Rewane and other casualties, who faced the speaking ends of his hitmen’s guns, remain testaments to his madness. The above examples actually belong to the past. But so much of these inglorious leaves are daily being borrowed by so many modern idiots masquerading as leaders. This is where Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria comes into the picture. Olusegun Obasanjo remains one of the greatest mistakes ever to rule Nigeria. This guy was mercilessly construed as an expendable embarrassment by the discredited government of Abacha the bandit. He was abandoned to the extremes of wretchedness in Kirikiri, together with others unjustly condemned for taking a posture against the excesses of a demented tyrant. Many thought that this experience must have burnt the crude excesses of this unrefined man, whom Fela Anikulapo Kuti called a Thief to his face. That was not to be. He learnt nothing and he seemed to have forgotten nothing in prison. Gani Fawehimi who knew Obasanjo too well, knew that no metamorphosis is possible in so far as the character of Obasanjo is concerned. He rose in vehement to his to the enthronement of this crude tin-despot as Nigeria’s president. Gani knew that OBJ’s saccharine saintliness and sanctimonious hypocrisy, remains unparalleled today in Nigerian politics. This comes home to any casual observer of Nigerian affairs when one realises that this was the man who was consulting God, while perfecting his plans to rig the 2003 elections. On another pedestal, Wole Soyinka woke up one morning, and after some "nebulous" consideration of the facts on the ground, announced to Nigerians that PDP-(People’s democratic Party—"Pathologically Depraved People"--People’s Destruction Party) the largest conglomeration of depraved gangsters in the African continent, habours in its core a ruthless nest of killers. Many never believed him. The SSS never invited him. That he was not invited by the SSS speaks volumes of the situation: namely either that what he says is the truth beyond all refutation, or that he was above the law as to insult the president and get away with it, or that he was talking rubbish. Soyinka, a white-haired genuis without a compromised conscience cannot be talking rubbish, so the first obverse obtains. Soyinka being a past master in figurative use of the English language, in that one sweep identified Obasanjo as a murderer. He may have told us what we do not know in a symbolism so pregnant with meaning that a careless reader is condemned to miss its import. Obasanjo may not be a murderer by default, but his presidency over a killing machine or nest of killers helps no other construction or conclusion save this. He presides over the controlled-elimination of his percieved opponents and allows the PDP machinery do the job. The PDP machinery then subleases the contract to "armed robbers". This accounts for the reason why Mr. Obasanjo, normally tells the befuddled and bambozzled nation, even before the police had had time to produce a crime report, that such deeds as the killing of high profile political opponents, were done by armed robbers under the watchful gaze of the State Security Apparatus. Obasanjo in most cases was correct simply because he knows the armed robbers. That is the major reason why none of the high profile murders in Nigeria has ever been solved. Aminosari Dikkibo was killed by "armed robbers" a la Obasanjo. Akume, the Benue State Governor was waylaid by armed robbers on his way to Abuja. And Engineer Agom of the former Nigeria airways became the sacrifical victim, that had to go in place of Akume. Bola Ige! I would never know if he was equally killed by armed robbers. Obasanjo and his grotesquely incompetent government have refused to find the killers of Cicero. When Soyinka told Nigerians that PDP is a nest of killers, he by implication told Nigerians that Obasanjo is a killer. Our Nobel Laureate whose conversance with figures of speech like irony, was most appropirately rewarded with a Nobel Prize in literature, in that unique instance passed an extra-ordinary message in an ordinary way. No candidate for sainthood would be presiding over a nest of killers. It takes a cannibal to preside over a meal convoked off human flesh. Obasanjo cannot be innocent of the crimes committed under his watch since the buck ends at his desk. In this regard Wole Soyinka was right. Obasanjo is a murderer. Bola Ige has not been accounted for. Marshall Harry went to his grave knowing that his death was government approved. Dikkibo saw his death been plotted at the highest echelons of Obasanjo’s government. He bowed to death knowing full well that Obj presided over the tolling of the knell that summoned him to heaven or to hell. Orji Uzor Kalu shouted out early enough because as an intimate member of this college of gangsters, he is well acquainted with the ruthlessness and overarching reach of the PDP killing machine. He sought immediate refuge under the floodlights of public knowlege and opinion. Had he not done that, his rapidly decomposed remains, would have by now, being manuring some cocoyam farm somewhere in Abia State. All Obasanjo and his government needs to do to find out those who killed Bola Ige, Marshall Harry, Dikkibo and the rest is simply to look in the mirror. They would find the killers staring down at them. Armed robbers have become the darling of the Obasanjo’s misgovermnent. The armed robbers are feted in the highest echelons of power in Nigeria. They are always on hand to do the dirty job that Mr. President "approves". I am forced to use the word approve because he may not have ordered the hits, but he may have approved of them. That was why his most trusted lieutant, who was most instrumental in fixing his robbery of the electoral process in 2003, promised one knucklehead of a governor from the South East of Nigeria, that the Bola Ige-solution has been proposed for his garrulous critique of the gang he belong to, and would soon be applied to him. PDP called it a family affair just like the gubernatorial kidnapping in Anambra State was a family affair. Today, the Obasanjo government sent a one-way ticket to his most hated enemy, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu. This ticket like the Macbethian knell, was to summon him to heaven or to hell according to the Ikemba. In this regard so many things commend themselves to our consideration. First, a phenomenological appraisal of the circumstances under which the purported invitation was extended to the Ikemba, would reveal a consolidated festival of fossilized hypocrisy. Fossilized because, double-standard has been the official government policy when the issue arrives at the ports of Igbo interest in Nigeria. It is no longer a recent realization. It has been the normal trajectory of Nigerian historical relationship with Ndigbo. Ojukwu was accused by Obasanjo‘s equivalent of Hitler’s Gestapo; the SSS, of constituting a threat to the unity and corporate existence of Nigeria. This laughable accusation, arose as a result of his public declaration of support for the non-violent attempt of Ndigbo to draw a massive attention to their plight in Nigeria. This happened to be the excuse that Obasanjo has been looking for all his life. He embraced it with both hands, and with a murderous alacrity bordering on madness. But unfortunately and to his greatest chagrin, he never realised he was clutching a whirling cesspool of lame excuses and wooden justifications. Ojukwu was considered a threat to the corporate existence of a country that is at best an accident; a boiling cauldron of dissensions, mutual and eternally simmering suscipions and overdose of platonic hatred amongst the diverse ethnic federation littering her embrace; simply for exercising his fundamental freedom of the right to hold and voice out his opinion. How anyone could constitute himself a threat to a unity that has never been in existence baffles my wildest credulity. Nigeria is never a country. Neither is it some United States or some United Federations. It rather is, and remains a patchwork of conscripted ethnic incompatibilities, pummelled into geopolitical agglomeration by the hammer blows of British avarice. And left ever after to stew in an amorphous, undefined and unfederated relationship, that condemns all the components to a miserable existence, loaded with all the incendiaries that renders an internal implosion an inevitable and foregone conclusion; namely mutual hatred, unending friction and perennial inconvenience. This is the construct hewed out of British greed, battered by decades of Hausa/Fulani plunder and yet inherited by an Obasanjo that has been making an extra and indefatigable efforts on all fronts, to prove himself an irredeemable buffoon. This conglomeration of boiling dissensions, ontologically configured to collapse, is what Ojukwu is being accused of threatening. One wonders how one could threaten to break up a reality whose nature is nothing but to break up. A better appreciation of Obasanjo’s idiocy would be effected when one realises that Nigeria pretends to be a democracy, while Obasanjo bestrides her in a majestic despotism, that makes the debauchery of Nero and Caligula pale into some eternally, infinitesimal insignificance. Ojukwu supported Massob’s non-violent registration of their dissatisfaction with a socio-political system, which seemed to be crafted for the eternal inconvenience, discomfort and discomfiture of its tenants. If one commits a crime for speaking out his mind, then it is goodbye to democracy and to fundamental human rights. If Ojukwu committed treason or a crime against the state, why should he at all be invited for a chat. Is the Penal Code, Police Act, Criminal Procedure Act, and all other relevant laws of Nigeria not agreed on the "arrest" of a person who commits a crime? Why invite a person who merits to be arrested for prosecution? Is this not a gross dereliction of duty on the part of the relevant authorities? It is either that this crop of incompetent thugs manning the Nigeria Security apparatus do not know their job detail, or that Ojukwu is a victim of Obasanjo’s phobias and fears, sugar-coated with a thin veener of "national interest", dressed in the borrowed robes of pseudo-legality and passed over to the boisterous zealotry of a dysfunctional bunch of security dogs. The second construction accounts for why one certified nincompoop that goes by the name of Ezra Tobechukwu, threw all civility to the winds in other to lick his master arse like only an unrefined canine would. He, in a crude violation of all canons of civilized conduct in public service, parroted what his ideological deficient and mentally challenged masters told him would clinch the day for their stupidity. Their stupidity betrayed itself and backfired. He called Ojukwu a coward; a fact which even Ojukwu’s enemies take exception to. One can label Ojukwu arrogant, but pooltronery is a fault that is afraid of Ojukwu‘s bearings. A man who courageously stared a murderous armada of concentrated hate in the face without blinking for 3 years cannot have a coward as a neighbour let alone in himself. It is only a man who had a moron as an ancestor, that could get up to mouth or manifest the kind of unrefined stupidity and borrowed intelligence displayed by Ezra Tobechukwu and the Nigerian State Security Service. Ojukwu was invited and not arrested since he committed no crime other than looking a crude, inept tyrant in the face and articulating the frustrations of almost all Nigerians. When facts speak for themselves, Obasanjo and his crude coterie of hypocrites have really no rational justification for inviting him for any chat. The unforgivable stupidity of the Obasanjo’s government lies in the fact that the SSS was not sent after the guys that actually and overtly constituted themselves into real threats to Nigeria’s corportate existence. The SSS never went after those that announced and televised their willingness to break up Nigeria, and have been going about it with unparalleled gusto ever since. Ahmed Sanni, the goatee clad governor of Zamfara has never been invited on a one way ticket to Abuja. The other 12 Northern State governors have not as little as received a warning from the SSS, for their brazen contravention of the Nigerian constitution and their introduction of Islamic Apartheid in the North of Nigeria. Obasanjo never challenged any of them. He never issued a warrant for their arrest and trial. He never declared a state of emergency in those really emergency situations up north. All he prides himself in doing is in globetrotting on laughable pretexts, hiking fuel prices to fund his extravagant misgovernance of the Nigerian people, and targetting those voices of opposition who dare raise up their voices against his crude and terrible excesses. What did Ojukwu say that have not been loudly said by other people in recent past? I have resisted the temptation to conclude that Mr. Obasanjo is the most ideologically deficient and consolidatedly ignorant crook, Nigeria ever had as a leader. Abacha’s record is presently and gradually being bettering the gross malfeasance, he generously litters all over our geopolitical and socio-economic environment. On another pedestal, those hypocrites who chant the cacophonous refrain of the indissolubility of Nigeria and its corporate existence are really men without heads or men with their heads wilfully buried in frozen imbecility, simply because, the present lopsided arrangement conduces to their avaricious designs and interests. I challenge anyone who holds and professes this opinion on the sacrosanctitiy of Nigeria’s corporate existence to cite one reason that presently supports his prejudice outside his avarice; and we will meet him with a million reasons why Nigeria should go for a sovereign national conference or implode on its inglorious weight. This among other things was what Ojukwu pointed out to the personification of gross incompetence that is presently ruling Nigeria for the welfare of their greed. And in response to this, the ogre felt his indigestion troubled. He rose in anger to intimidate the voice of reason into quiescence. There exists no reason to ask Ojukwu to go and answer the SSS. There is no reason upon which the SSS should invite him or even contemplate the brainless option of getting him arrested. His arrest tantamounts to the arrest of free speech and liberty. If justice is to be served in Nigeria it remains an indispensable imperative that double standard must be jettisoned. If Ojukwu is to honour the SSS invitation, should the invitation not go to the actual people who deserve it? If that is the case, what is the SSS waiting for before it invites the scoundrels we have in power in Nigeria, starting with Obasanjo. In a real setting where justice is respected; first Ahmed Sanni Should be arrested with immediate effect as he constitutes the greatest threat to Nigeria’s corporate existence. He should be immediately followed into detention and trial by the 12 Northern State governors who introduced Sharia into their enclaves against the sacrosanct provisions of our constitution. After that, the Inspector General of Police, Tafa Balogun should follow them to detention together with Obasanjo and Chris Ubah for attempting to derail our nascent democracy by kidnapping Chris Ngige, and preventing him from exercising his constitutional assigned roles as the governor of Anambra State; in contravention of Section 1 sub 2 of the 1999 Constitution. They should be followed by Adolfus Wabara for stealing the people’s mandate in an election that he lost woefully. The Nigeria senators should all follow them to jail for allowing a thief of the electoral process to preside over the Senate. The PDP Chairman, Audu Ogbe and the INEC Chairman Abel Guobadia should equally be quizzed for their role in the greatest electoral fraud of all times that was the 2003 elections, which Mr. Obasanjo brazenly hijacked with his community of gangsters that was PDP. After these thieves must have been arrested and quizzed by the SSS, they should then publish a letter of apology to Ojukwu and the Nigeria people for insulting their intelligence, in trying to abuse the fundamental human rights of Chief Ojukwu and for using that as a smokescreen to further their rapacious plunder of the Nigeria people. Today, mind you, the pump price of petroleum products have been hiked. And Nigerians are yet grovelling under the jackboots of a civilianized dictatorship. Today, not only Ojukwu is hounded by Obasanjo’s Gestapo. The Press is now gradually being armtwisted and systematically bridled. The Insider Magazine is now having a very sour taste in the mouth as the first battlefield in Obasanjo’s drive to muzzle the press. This is reminiscent of our dark days under Buhari /Idiagbon’s decree No.4, which saw Tunde Thompson and Ndukar Irabor in jail; IBB’s decree No.2, which eviscerated the Nigerian press and effectively stifled Press freedom. I will resist the temptation to revisit Abacha’s own version of draconian, anti-press and anti-people decree, which hounded TELL, and other investigative journalists across Nigeria. On the justifications for that invitation, there exists none. There is no power in a democracy that should deny the citizens of their fundamental rights to hold and express their opinions. That is the first step to despotism: Bridle all opposing voices and then settle down to plunder. Obasanjo has really shed himself of every toga of civility and is now baring his dictatorial fangs to cower Nigerians into subservience, in other to perpetrate his regime of tyranny on the people without opposition. Ojukwu was afraid for his life and he voiced his concerns thereto. He against the so many mysterious and unresolved high profile murders of political opponents of the OBJ’s administration, reserves the right to preserve and voice concerns over his most fundamental right, namely the right to life. Those who misconstrue the acute foresight and profound intelligence displayed by Ojukwu, in not heeding the invitation to be murdered extended to him by the SSS, as cowardice are simply endowed with heads that is no more than a hat’s rack. It takes not cowardice, but great courage to dare the SSS to do her worst considering the murderous notoriety of this establishment. It takes courage to tell OBJ and his wandering minstrels to go F..K themselves, considering the awesome power he wields in Nigeria. But Ojukwu looked at OBJ and his security dogs and asked them to take some hike to hell. This is not cowardice, but raw, courage that cannot be cowered by an inglorious establishment. I have equally read many in the news who asked Ojukwu to honour the SSS‘ invitation. Almost all proponents of this wooden apologetics betrayed a kind of gaping ignorance and miscarriage of logic that belong to the infancy of human mental development. They all seem to have a blanket amnesia to the fact that invitations are honoured when they suit the convenience of the invitee. The invitee reserves the right and the good pleasure to honour or dishonour an invite. This is a fact which belongs to the nature of an invitation. If an invitee agrees to honour an invite, it is his decision. If he decides not to honour it, there is no law recommending his being dragged to honour it, since he is a free agent. It is only a Writ of Summons that can compel someone to enter an appearance for himself or on his behalf. In the case of criminal proceedings, a warrant of arrest is issued and this compels the accused to present himself whether he likes it or not. Criminals are never INVITED to appear and be quizzed. They are ARRESTED and quizzed. Here absolute and deadly force is sometimes warranted and employed. Even a blind man in Nigeria is a daily witness to the high-handedness and the brutal relish, with which security agencies dehumanize suspects, who have not yet been convicted of a crime by a court of competent jurisdiction; all in the name of arrest. This shows that no criminal is ever given a Flight ticket and a red-carpet reception, in order to be quizzed. In Nigeria up till today, suspects are brutally beaten and flogged by the police and SSS in public and publicly dumped in the trunks of rickety cars, in utter degradation of their human dignity, before being taken to some glorified animal pens that are called police cells; where further beatings, torture and other degrading treatments are dished out to them as a matter of course. They are sometimes held incommunicado, even most times against court orders; only to be released on bail, after the police must have satisfied itself in extorting huge sums of money from the relatives of these hapless Nigerians, whom all canons of civilization presumes innocent until they are proven guilty. In this regard, one can see that even if criminals are sent an invitation, that can never happen in Nigeria. To this end therefore, when the SSS extended an INVITATION to Ojukwu, they knew in their subsconscious that Ojukwu committed no crime, because criminals receive no invitations in Nigeria. If they say they made a mistake, that it was supposed to be an arrest, then two things could be construed here. One, they had a slip of procedure that is akin to the Freudian "slip of tongue". In this regard, their lies could easily be exploded because, what we call the slip of tongue according to Freud is not a mistake at all. It may appear to others that we made a mistake, but the reality remains that that chance popping of the slip from our subconscious is not an event, but a process and a battle between our true self and our fabricated or invented personality. It is the tug of our subsconscious which forces the truth we strive to suppress to come to the fore. So Ojukwu broke no laws and they knew it. That is why the sent him an invitation. To this end equally, since it is an invitation, Ojukwu reserves the right not to honour it and this he most insistently did. So the SSS invitation is a recognition by the SSS themselves that they have no justifiable reason to invite Ojukwu. Were they to be in possession of reason to that effect, they would have arrested him. So those asking him to honour this invitation should go and look at their logics once agains and see the porous nature of such crooked edifice built in honour of unreason. So when the SSS came calling with their invitation and Ojukwu replied: No thank you, I am busy. I have other more important appointments to attend to. Ojukwu has not done anything unusual. He is acting within the boundaries, confines and stipulated canons of conventional ethics of social interaction. The only way the SSS can pay Ojukwu back for his inability to honour their invitation, is to wait until Ojukwu invites them, then they will refuse to honour his invitation, thereby giving him a rejoinder to his refusal. That will square off the deal and get them on an even keel. As for arresting him, logic rejects that and all that is good, true and beautiful are all in league against such a brazen attempt at intimidation. Those who still think that it is cowardice to refuse to run headlong into a senseless death, should know that the greatest act of cowardice is suicide. Only a coward of moronic proportions would abandon his life to the capricious wiles of vampires. It is suicide when one sees avoidable death, and embraces it with both hands, as one would a lover. That is greatest act of cowardice one can allow himself. The SSS has been fingered in the disappearance of so many people in the course of Nigeria’s history. It is death to dare these bunch of inventive devils. And Ojukwu can never be such an unthinking fish. Chukwuemeka Odemegwu Ojukwu led his people in the most trying period of their existence. This guy remains one of the most courageous men of his age. He remains today in the whole of Africa, the only guy who dared look an internationally convoked armada of concentrated hate in the face and stood his ground. This tall iroko of integrity remains the only leader of a people in Africa that gave up his private wealth in service to his people. He spent his inheritance that was weighty enough to buy him a life of royal convenience in any part of the globe, for the life of his people. Every other pretender to political power in Nigeria who can rise up in the courts of public opinion and say that he is not thief, will be struck dead before those lies could complete their escape from his lips. That is on the level of introduction. He led his people to fight for their rights to live, even when their enemies thought that he would be brought to his knees in 48 hours. He never bowed to men with blood in their hands. He grew to embossom the pride, the aspirations and the survival of his people. To this end his word carries a lot of weight; his bearing, a lot of admiration. His people reveres him. His enemies fear him. His opponents tremble respectfully before him. Even if you hate him, you concede him one thing, he fears no man on two legs. Not even the fiery hatred of Obasanjo can make him knuckle his knees or eat his words. If integrity according to Achebe envelopes the blunt refusal to be compromised, this man is a summary of integrity. Nigeria was a mistake. In one unguarded moment of truth, it escaped Awolowo’s lips. He called it a mere geographic expression. He may be right, but over and above that, Nigeria is one boiling cesspool of platonic hatred, mutual loathing and suspicion among the conscripted ethnic federations that make up this geopolitical ogre. On August 26th 2004, Ndigbo demonstrated their exasperation with this country of federated grieviances. They sat down at home in protest of their treatment at the hands of successive Nigeria Igbophobic governements, which reached its apogee and summary in Mr. Obasanjo. This call for a non-violent, sit-down at home protest was so successful and so pervasively heeded by Ndigbo that the signal rose to trouble the digestion of the presidential hypocrite in Aso Rock. He never imagined that Ndigbo could muster enough concensus to register their disdain for their institutionalized oppression. Obasanjo, like Emperor Nero of old, grew angry and demanded a head as atonement to appease his anger and calm his fears. He felt that Ojukwu is the head of this rebellion, and to decapitate Ojukwu is to kill the rebellion. This was why a one way Sosoliso flight ticket from Enugu to Abuja was given to him under the ruse that the State Security Service wants to dialogue with him over matters of National security, or rather over what they termed treasonable statements emanationg from Ojukwu’s show of support for the success recorded by Massob’s call to Ndigbo. In the wake of his voicing his support for the achievement of Massob, the Federal government of Obasanjo construed that as treason. One of the sacrosanct pillars of Political philosophy has it that freedom of expression remains one of the cardinal hallmarks of democratic governance. Massob advocated a non-violent protest against their oppression. The oppressor’s fangs sagged open against all principles of democracy. This was the same Obasanjo who feigned Cattaarh and attempts to cough himself to stupor in order to evade questions on the stand of his government on the treasonable actions of Northern governors as well as the treason of kidnapping a sitting governor which his office engineered. Ahmed Sanni, the Islamic fanatic of Zamfara has told every other Nigerian that Zamfara belongs to his royal goatee, and every other person is excluded. To lend weight to words, he virtually banished Children from other states of Nigeria from attending school in Zamfara. He introduced a discriminatory and obnoxious school fees regime that reeks maladrously with double-standard. He grossly violated article 37 of the 1999 constitution. Obasanjo kept quiet. Ahmed Sanni cannot be dealt with, he is not an Igbo man.Had he been an Igbo man, the fate that befell Savannah Bank and Slok airlines will be child’s play compared to what will be his lot, courtesy of emperor obasanjo. He introduced Sharia legal system in his domain in gross contravention of article 10 of the 1999 constitution, Obasanjo was a witness to this arrant treasonable felony. He did nothing. He kept coughing away his answers, thinking that he has succeeded in hoodwinking us. He never set the SSS on Ahmed Sanni’s tail nor on the tail of his gang members. But when the table turned to Ndigbo, he unleashed hi SSS dogs. Even the infernal realms of the satanic forces are not capable of this depth of hypocrisy. This is the same State Security Service that has been variously employed by past dictators to eliminate their opponents. Case in point was the case of two principal officers of the SSS under Babangida Akilu and Akogun, whom Gani Fawehimi accused and continues to accuse as the men used by IBB to kill Dele Giwa. This is the same security outfit that thrived and killed for fun under Abacha. This same security ogre that is an ancient relic of Gestapo-type police state, is anyhing but a security outfit. It is simply a killing machine gulping tax payers money to spill the blood of innocent Nigerians that disagree with the criminal excesses of the political rapists. The incompetence and hypocrisy of Obasanjo and his state security service is clearly evidenced in the fact that this security service could not get in on any intelligence, that predicted the murder of the number one law officer in Nigeria; late Bola Ige. Neither could it solve any of the mysterious murders and attempts on lives of people all over Nigeria. That Bola Ige’s killers could not be found by our Security agencies opens up an inescapabe syllogistic conclusions on the hypothetical level. If they cannot found the culprits, they are then incompetent. But if they lays claims to being competent and yet cannot grab those bad guys, then, they must take a look in the mirror to see who the bads are. Today because of the veiled Igbophobia of the ruling government, Ojukwu becomes an issue; accused of making statements "capable of breaking Nigeria apart" . Obasanjo in his shamelessness keeps on applying double-standards to the construction of justice in Nigeria. In this Obasanjo-dom, what is gravy for the goose becomes some luxury unaffordably prohibitive for the gander. Ahmed Sanni and the entire governors of Northern Nigeria have not been invited by the SSS. Their statements since 1999 has led to a lot of deaths of innocent people and is more treasonable than all that Ojukwu has ever said in the whole of his life. Yet, nobody deemed it fit to invite them to dialogue. Nobody gave them a one way ticket to come to Abuja on a plane that might be probably blown out of the skies by just two sticks of dynamites, which the SSS ordnance depot has in abundance. The question have been raised severally whether the OBJ’s government is intent on killing Ojukwu? I think that the answer from all indications cannot be far from or is in the neighbourhood of a CAPITAL YES. The question then becomes: is there a reason to contemplate the elimination of Ojukwu? Yes. He summarizes Igbo resistance to Obasanjo’s oppression. Once he is removed from the scene, the reasoning then goes, it would take the Igbo another experience as bitter as the Biafra war to evolve a rallying personality in the league of an Ojukwu, whose social stature in the Igbo psyche embossoms, envelopes or summarizes all their aspirations. To this end, anyone who really wants to insult the Igbo pain to the highest degree, should then get hold of this man and rubbish him. Eliminating him will at least set the Igbo resistance back a century. That is enough reason to kill a person. Leaders in history have been murdered to keep their people in perennial bondage. The Igbo of whose roots and august ancestry I most proudly arose, has it that "Oko osisi daa n’ala, umu nnunnu eju ohia" -When a great Iroko falls, the birds are denied a place to roost, to that end they fly aimlessly in the forest. This is what Obasanjo and the faceless anti-igbo cabal are so desirous to achieve, so that their plunder of Nigeria will continue unchallenged and unabated. Another question is: Can this government kill or is this government capable of killing its opponents, or those it percieve as being against it? I am forced to lean more on the positive side of the answer, because the obverse under the Nigerian present political circumstance, has failed woefully to offer itself to our convictions. I have always wondered the right identification, that could really fit a man, who claims not to be a thief, but of whom materials disappear with such awesome precision, exactitude and regularity that rules out coinincidence, at the wake of his every stint in any neighbourhood. Obasanjo’s should prove itself innocent of the high profile political killings recorded under its watch by fishing out the culprits. Otherwise, we cannot hold a contrary view of their guilt. They owe Nigeria and Nigerians that responsibility. That was why he was supposed to be elected, though he stole our mandate in 2003. To this end, this government has failed to prove that it is incapable of murder, despite the fact that many high ranking members of this gang have gone public telling Nigerians that it is really a nest of killers out there in PDP. Defenders of this government would readily retort that, had the government wanted to murder Ojukwu, they would have done so with ease. But facts does not bear out that construction. The Pharisees we met in the first paragraphs above saw Jesus the Christ with the same murderous lenses through which Obasanjo is presently eyeing Ojukwu. They knew that killing Christ was not so easy consequent on the fact that he had the grassroot support of the Galilean crowds that followed him to Jerusalem; just like Ojukwu enjoys the support of a cross section of Ndigbo both at home and in Diaspora. Had the Pharisees attempted to sieze Christ in the temple at the episode of his throwing out of the money changers, they would have risked a civil rebellion unparalleled in their history. This thinking was what informed their stealth in isolating the Galilean crowd who were tired out by their long journey from Galilee to Jerusalem, and whose situations were worsening based on the demographic pressure exerted on them by the presence of large number of people who came from all over the then known world for the pilgrimage. Likewise, Obasanjo seeing the level of concensus that Massob was able to exact from Ndigbo is really afraid of seizing Ojukwu. Obasanjo like all political foxes knew that he risks a second civil war which Nigeria can never survive. To this end, he prefers like his brother pharisees did 2000 years ago, arresting him with stealth. This stealth is the ruse that was the SSS invitation. I am positive that that Sosoliso flight would not have landed in Abuja. It would have been blown up in midair by you know who. And the story would have ended there. No clues. No trails. Just a clean job. But those mischevious guys really underestimated the fact that a General who had led men in war cannot be such an unthinking fish as to swallow their baseless lines hook and sinker. The man engineering all these is the Obasanjo, who told Nigerians in 1999 that God delivered him from the shadows of death in Abacha’s gulag. This is the same hypocrite who told us that he was consulting God in order to know whether to contest the 2003 election whereas he had concluded his plans to steal the people’s mandate. This is the pharisee who preaches at the Aso Rock Chapel but is so filled with hate for Ndigbo that he seeks their destruction. This is the same man who is very busy presiding over a nest of killers at the Nigerian federal capital. Today, his hypocritical stripes have come to the fore. Hypocrites pray publicly and prey privately. That summarizes our Obasanjo. Nigeria is waiting to burn down to ashes. Ojukwu may be the foil that will set that in motion. I am aware that the day Ndigbo would look for Ojukwu and not find him, is the day that Nigeria will burn down for good. Obasanjo is a humpty dumpty that is heading for a great fall. He seems not to have realised that all his horses and all his men can not keep him together again.
