What this demonstrates, is that the future of Africa is not as bleak as the Capalland(s) might want to believe; that Africa is indeed prepared for deepened economic and political development; and entrenched value of self governance. This is the tell-tale sign of a good society. A good society must have the capacity to find solutions to its own problems. |
