Release Ralph Uwazurike Now: End The Killing of Biafran Children Now [II]

The unconstitutional and unwarranted continued incarceration of Ralph Uwazurike, Uche Okwukwu and their comrades is criminal and discriminatorily unacceptable. We demand that they be released to their loved ones, comrades and associates immediately and without further delays. It is sickening and disheartening that these honorable and just men have been in this State of Incommunicado for too long a time. They have been held without appropriate medical attendance; placed under deplorable and decaying facility; without access to their Counsel, family and relatives. We in strong terms declare these actions by Fed as an Assault on Judicial Nationalism. If Federal Government thinks these MEN have committed any offense, we demand that they be charged to any Court of the Land where Constitutional Counsel will be made available to represent them accordingly.
May we bring to the attention of the public, international community, UN, EU, AU, G8 and international entities and Human Rights Groups and other Interest Groups that the continued detention of MOSSOB leadership are in violation of international law. In short, not only are they in violation of international law, Ralph Uwazurike and Comrades continued detention is a contradiction and in violation to other international instruments including the UN Charter for human Rights. It is ludicrous that while OPC and MEND leaderships have been released, MOSSOB leadership has been held shamelessly by this discredited Regime. This smacks freedom and liberty of a Free-World in the face. It is A Mockery of the Law. Fed behavior is a characterization in line with Totalitarian Regimes [aka Federal Government] project itself in compliance of international law while indeed in violation of it. This is hypocrisy in all its manifestations. These discriminatory practices against Igbo-Nation and its peoples will fail just as they failed in the time past. As Abuja-based government in its directionless-policies has disenfranchised and ostracized Igbo-Nation inside Nigeria for selfish gains has looked the other way. Igbo-Nation therefore sees itself as Member-State in a League of Nations within the UNION called Nigeria and Wants to be Independent from her, especially if it refused to Change its criminal Behavior against her. For example there is no single Federal project in Igbo-Land except the Civil-War Era infrastructures—built in the 60s. All we have in Igbo-Land today is community based projects, community Sponsored Airports like Sam Mbakwe International Airport Owerri. An Airport constructed by the Assistance of the Government in Tel-Aviv. The Jewish State has been a Major supporter and partner of Igbo-Nation dating back to 50s. Igbo-Nation remains grateful to the State of Israel. Today River Niger needs dredging. Over thirty [30] billion Naira was reported budgeted. Unfortunately what we got is implementation manifesto on paper documentations only. The Onitsha-Owerri Highway is another. Records states this project has sunk whopping 300 Million Naira yet nothing to show for it. It has been under construction for thirty [30] years plus. “Those who refused to learn from History are condemned to repeat it” George Santayana. Abraham Lincoln remarked, “you can fool some people some of the time, all of the people all of the time. But you cannot fool all the People all the time.”
Under the aforementioned circumstances, when laws protecting citizenry are violated by Central Government because of its bad practices, time demands that people have every right to protect themselves from evildoers. Under self-determination Act as protected under UN Charter for Self-determination of oppressed peoples—it is self-explanatory and self-evident that oppressed peoples anywhere, has the Rights under the SUN to protect its territorial borders and opt-out from A UNION that is killing its citizenry, diminishing her industrial productivity and other capacities because of envy and greed. When citizenry are no longer protected, wanted by Law within the UNION, time demands that they Rise-Up and defend their Rights. They must RISE UP in defense of their defenseless family, children and young and Old-peoples.
We maintain that belligerent postures are an Act of Aggression. A provocation that reflects flashpoints of yesterday that raises CONCERNS. A repetition of yesterday could usher in dangerous events today and beyond if care is not taken NOW. Introduction of reconciliatory measures is an obligation that would facilitate and de-escalate an already volatile climate that could TRIGGER Fresh hostility within our internal borders. It is of paramount importance to initiate dialogue rather than create flashpoints across the Estate. We appeal for speedy convening of a Sovereign National Conference [NSC] immediately. SNC will give all stakeholders the chance to suggest to itself acceptable modality for Law and Order, Security and Safety of all within the UNION in order to move the UNION forward. Of alternative, Separate Nations would offer possible PEACE. The synergy of SNC is timely especially with two [2] [s]elected Presidents In-Power. A Self-appointed President administering from Ottah-Farm and another [S]elected President Administering from Arewa-Castle—In the North. The two are now fighting over Oil-blocs in the East. While Easterners live in ruinous heaps of ecological decadence and poverty. Common-sense demands that immediate release of MOSSOB leadership without further delays will de-escalate the situation for dialogues. Otherwise what this Establishment ask for, it shall surely get it. It is not a Threat. It is a Promise, Sir.
Finally, our heart-felt love goes out to these innocent MEN. We extend a warm-fellowship and camaraderie to their families. We salute their courage in the face of adversities and provocations from State and its Rogue—intelligence Agencies in perpetuating Evil. We strongly believe that these generational-injustices and generational-evils against honorable men will be destroyed. God willing! Their God given rights, natural rights and right to choose cannot be trampled upon. Evil must be RESISTED and defeated NOW! The rights for freedom and self-determination of oppressed people can never be defeated. It shall remain FOEVER STRONGER. The aggression against Igbo-Nation and other nations in a League within a UNION is an ACT of Aggression that must be defeated today. We demand in unequivocal terms immediate release of Ralph Uwazurike—and demand an END to the killing of Biafran Children by the Federal Government and its Criminal Agencies TODAY.
