Nigerian McCarthyism is similar to American McCarthyism in terms of colossal lies and deceits by its corrupt politicians. The word McCarthyism was described by historian Samuel Eliot Morison called McCarthy, “one of the most colossal liars in our history”. In the country called Nigeria this failed administration and those before her, have shown reckless and unsubstantiated accomplishments just about anything. For example their communications to the public that they spent billions of dollars on reconstruction and rehabilitation of roads is false. The fact that they looted billions of dollars to compensate for the bogus road-constructions, etc, amounts to institutional shame and a smack to our intelligence. This piece will focus chiefly on America ’s hypocrisy and lies to the Negroes. For one, I don’t care what kind of Negro you are; I careless whether you are a Nigerian-Negro—MEND-Negro; Biafran-Negro, Porto-Rican-Negro, Indian-Negro, Iraqi-Negro, and all other Negroes out there. For records, you are all Negroes—catching hell, anchored under heavy cross-fire of America-imperialism and false-generosity and broken promises today and yesterday. The Negroes are in this situation because they have allowed institutional oppressors to chart their destiny for them, rather than take charge of their destiny, develop their own industrialism, commerce, trade, hi-techs, communication system, have rather relied heavily on foreign industrial productions outside her shores. Let’s be clear, this piece will beam its search-light on North-America’s industrialism, commerce, communication and immigration practices vis-à-vis the Negroes.

It is an altruism that America ’s false-generosity and broken promises to the Negroes dates as-far-back-as 1600s or even earlier. Its institutional manipulations and institutional-pretensions remain potently unwavering, as her interests go; anchored by cover-ups, and illegitimate practices in the name of “collective security”. Needless to say that this generational effrontery systemically runs neck-deep within a super socio-political-economic machines, machines that have remained strong till date—2007. America in collaboration with other rogue-states in Western hemisphere shrinks from any regional and/or international bilateral alliance—or Pact[s] that diminishes her economic increases. Technically speaking, it is inconsequential from the foregoing to argue America ’s establishments and its corporate exploitations. It matters not whether it is at her private or public sector—the result is same. Its friendly considerations are intermingled at economics that directly and indirectly distress other nations—as it take advantage of her otherwise friendly weak partners. Its military postures are to intimidate less-military equipped nations-states to submit to its will. As she maintains no permanent enemy or friend, eerily you are left with choosing your poison. In other words, its economic-liberalism is sustained by its technological dominance, greed, arrogance, exploitations, consumerism and materialism, etc.

If we were to revisit and re-examine its constructions, one will notice her past genocidal crimes against humanity. For instance, by 1830 Indians—Cherokees, Seminole, Choctaw, Creek, Chickasaw, etc, were acted upon by Removal Act from their ancestral lands. These removals were ordered by Congress under President Jackson Era, regardless of Supreme Court ruling that Cherokee Nation v. Georgia [1831], be allowed to stay in their lands unless the Natives remove themselves voluntarily. In the `Trail of Tears” thousands of Cherokees died on the forced journey westward in the new-frontier. This practice was repeated between 1831 and 1840. According to documented communications, by 1840, the forced removal of over 60,000 Native-Americans had been concluded. Attempt was made to Europeanize them. When they [Native Indians] fought back and some thousands of whites were killed in defend of their heritage, language and land, they were finally left alone to keep their heritage for now. By 1824 they [Indians] were granted citizenship in their fathers land et al by the invading strangers. What a misnomer. Furthermore, reports show that, even the so-called Emancipation Proclamation of 1862 to free slaves was meant to strike a blow at the military power of the Confederate control. By application, the proclamation did not free any slave until the passage of the Thirteenth Amendment in 1865. Till date the Fourteenth Amendment of 1866 followed by Fifteenth Amendment [1870] granted Negroes suffrage. But till date this suffrage is subject to renewal every twenty-five [25] years by the Congress. It can be deduce that four hundred [400] years later, American-Negroes full-citizenships remain questionable. Elements of subjectivity and symbolism at the Congress sustain confusion[s] over interpretation[s] of private-discrimination and public-discrimination when it comes to immunities, rights and privileges as Americans. Negroes were promised “Forty Acres and a Mule”, but according to reports generated from General W. T. Sherman in 1965, after the Civil War, this promise became an appeasement rather than reality for these freedmen. This is Un-American. The distributed lands across the country and in Deep-South in particular were later taken away from the Negroes. Today these lands and properties are further retrieved from Negroes through Real-Estate deals involving corporate financiers and Banks during reconstruction Era. Recently homelessness, displacement of Negroes across the world and America goes unabated, as gentrifications and profiteering by financial investors and other governmental institutions besieged the land—mercilessly.

As I fine tune this communication, thousands, if not millions of documented and undocumented immigrants from what folks call Nigeria and from other Negro lands are been deported quietly to their land of births—no questions asked. Constitutional due process is unconstitutionally deployed albeit international law promised protection of bilateral and friendly nations-states of “collective security” for citizenry of all member-states in foreign land until proven guilty. As much as I appreciate America ’s constitutionalism anchored on its liberties and freedoms, I must state that these constitutional rights, immunities and privileges are more often than not constitutionally deployed amongst some sections of the country and unconstitutionally deployed in other sections of its institutional plateau.

Internationally, America ’s propaganda machines preach War against Terrorism especially against the so-called “Axis-of-Evil”. However, since 9/11, in order to protect the Homeland, it has carried out espionage activities against Negro-States inside and outside her borders, than non-Negro-States. Furthermore, it engineers unprovoked hostilities and aggressions against non-compliance states, disparages and provokes wars, and increasingly dehumanizes humanity in foreign borders at the turn of the century more than any other time in history. Her invasion of Afghanistan was not just to overthrow Omar led Taliban Regime and its Arab-nationalism—it was to control poppies at its international nerve-center of Kabul of opium productions, as finished products are trafficked and distributed to Europe, United States and Latin-America and Middle East. It uses CIA’s overseas assets in its operations and other intelligence networks to distribute billions of dollars worth narcotic-substances. According to reliable reports, over 40 million Americas are on drugs and another 30 to 40 million live under poverty. In Iraqi, America went from looking for Weapons of Mass-Destruction [WMD] so that Saddam Hussein would be deterred from using such to attack ill-equipped friendly Arab-States to the United States . It finally settled for other reasons—crimes against humanity. In its failings, it academicized its tertiary institutions as the idea of WMD collapsed mid-stream. It blamed leadership of Arab-nationalism in Iraq of all that is evil and uncivilized. Today, in the country called Nigeria , its multinationals and others that belong to her allies have besieged the land, criminally partitioned oil-wells with gatekeepers and imposed imperialism. Her economic-corruption has facilitated the most colossal liars and sheltered the most corrupt politicians in history.

Today, North-America and European multinationals are neck-deep in desecrating the Niger-Basin Oil Wells with spills, pollutions and ecological emissions while the indigenous peoples perish in massive poverty and ruinations. Yet the political crooks in Aso-Rock act as if nothing happened. Indeed, when push turns to shove, Americans will quickly take-side with the oil producing areas and provide her—or both with other technical assistance—including latest military-hardware in an effort to protect her economic strategic interests. America does not love folks in Delta-Basin, etc. America love America and anything else is inconsequential. Nevertheless America remains the choicest land on the surface of the planet earth. Period. End of story.

As graceful as America would want to appear in the comity of nations, it is important not to confuse the idea of “common-good” for world’s peoples as American idea—we must not confuse the idea freedom, liberty and respect for other lands, tongues and cultures to freedoms and liberties of all peoples. In short, there is no such thing as freedom and liberty. Freedom and liberty must be fought for and won. Suffice it to say that her quest to redress the institutional-evils and institutional-ills—such as genocides, institutional-dehumanization of mankind globally and locally, it is disappointing to say that we are left almost perpetually in rhetorical academic digests and conversations—while institutional protectors for global peace and order like the UN, EU, AU, etc, practically has become talk-shops with its multilateral agencies.

As it preaches free market-economy and democracy—her acclaimed “arsenal of democracy” toward socio-political-economic liberalism outside its borders contradicts her political purity and authenticity. It uses the Bank [World Bank] & the IMF Headquartered in Washington D.C. to dominant the global market economy. Her so-called Poverty Reduction Programs [PRP] and Poverty Eradication programs for the Negroes impoverishes the latter to precipice. Negroes economy looks more blink, retarded, collapsed today more than any other time in human history. America with its European and Japanese partners refused to purchase merchandize made from Negroes shores. America and its allies see Negroes productions as sub-standard and what nothing, etc. Conversely, it uses free trade fallacies to steal rather than allow susceptible fair-trade relevance that will benefit Negroes and all peoples. She encourages the Negroes to open her market-place to unload its finished productions in return for peanuts while her economic remunerations runs in zillions of dollars annually as Negro is left with trickle downs sometimes nothing. As Negroes economy goes deeper and deeper into the abyss of recession[s] and—ruination, American economy is uncharacteristically stronger and increasingly strengthened. America says it is spreading democracy and free market economy but, in all intents and purposes, she is destroying and mortgaging other developing economies in other to control and dominant her. It denies and stifles nations-states whose economies are in transition with no elements of wherewithal that would propel her socio-political-economic freedom. This is further de-assuaged by complex-loans loaded with conditionalities that kept recipient nations-states to perpetual indebtedness—and bankruptcy.

If you are a potential competitor in the global changing market economy with contrary political ideology—for example, Peoples Republic of China [PRC], Venezuela , Brazil , et al, you are accused of appeasing terrorists, compromising and endangering international law and breaking international trade-deals. When you raise the issue of reparation accrued to the victims of Trans-Atlantic Slave Trades that ran between 200 to 400 years ago, she becomes defensive, annoying and blames your ancestral heritage for trading their clan’s men and women into Europe and Americas, regardless of the evidence that show that millions were brutally forced off of their homelands and many stolen. In today’s global information and technological age, there is little one can hide anymore as information and hidden treasures are easily accessible, deployable for socio-economic-political utilities and what not. Interestingly these new digital divides, are opening a new horizon for all mankind, as academic materials, research-materials, and for archeological purposes for this generation and generations yet to come. A crime is a crime no matter who committed it. Romanticizing and glamorizing century crimes against humanity rather than address them is egregious even satanic. America must be absolved and defended at all cost, etc, rather than face reality today, make necessary restitutions and indeed become the land of the free and the home of the brave that she craves for. America is in denial and her postures are those of false-generosity.

America and other hypocritical lands must repent from crimes and make mends today. Her current and present danger of socio-political-economic thinking further collapses any progressive inclinations that would have rescued and reshaped her and extricate her from institutional shame. Her demagoguery faces a prize. That which is built on blood and horror at the altar of zero-credibility against world’s peoples especially the Negroes will be confronted with recompense no matter how long it takes. Wouldn’t it be appropriate to require and demand of her to wake-up to her responsibility by doing what is right? If America fails to respond positively and affirmatively to restitutions—a rude awakening awaits her. Humanity and destiny has a date, as the blood and tears of our fathers that littered American streets will not be in vain. I ask: what were the intentionality and intelligibility operations of neo-trans-Atlantic trafficking of children and women today? Where is the ‘collective Security” that she preaches? What actually were the true-mind-sets of constitutional framers of its constitution? Who benefits from these economic-driven international policies that encumbers the Negroes today more than any other time in history?

Back in New York, when brutal infamy snuffed away ten [10] lives of Malian immigrant family in the Bronx, New York City, including wives and innocent children, New York City authorities and Albany quickly issued residential papers to the bereaved man and his family: an avoidable disaster. One doesn’t know what to make out of such false-generosity. It is a fact—that this family lived in the United States for over 20 years but was refused immigration papers. The family’s bread winner drives cabby to sustain his large family but was denied residential permit documentations for many years. Comparatively, there were other undocumented immigrants that came by May Flower[s], that never had residential papers but were never murdered by the locals—but were actually welcome to the New World by the Natives. Yes I repeat, these May Flower pilgrims took over the land, murdered Native Americans and desecrated the land. All immigrants that came to Americans were either running from religious persecutions, Nazi-Germany and/or economy depression in the land of their births but made their way into the Americas for better opportunities and freedom, etc. There existence institutional imbalances against varying immigrants-groups whether documented or undocumented that deserve a sincere re-viewing and re-examination. De-humanization of man is ungodly. Life is sacred and must be respected; after all we are all providential children of our God. As European immigrants pushed westward several Agreements were reached with the Natives. These agreements were broken and redrawn down the line. Shortly after some of contracts were signed, Supreme Court[s] sometimes ruled in favor of racist opinion polls against reasoning; documented Contracts became promissory notes that became broken promises as powers that be with their belligerent postures became genocidal and expressly killing of Natives as exemplified.

Finally, for the 2007 infamy, troubling questions emerged: why did the city wait, wasted all these many years before issuing this family residential papers and turned around to issue the bereaved family residential papers after many lives including children were lost? Last time I checked, Amadou Diallo, an undocumented immigrant from Guinea was shot 47 times, murdered in cold blood by New York City Police Officers. Again belatedly, the City issued his mourning parents residential documentations papers. How can one justify these injustices and false-generosities in the hands of institutional establishment like America ? America claims to be practicing constitutional democracy, parades itself as the land of the free and the home of the brave and yet she is sectional and discriminatory when it comes to issues affecting Negroes in America.

In conclusion, this writer thinks the Negroes have been humiliated, and have suffered incalculable discomforts in the hands of America and its corrupt politicians. It is time to demand for reparations from America . This fire that destroyed Malian immigrant home in New York City , could have been averted if they were documented by authorities rather than hide from it. The woman would have dialed 911 without fear of deportation, etc. In desperation she placed a call to the husband instead of calling the police. Again, there are indicators this family was hiding from homeland Security, hiding from America for years all in an effort to avoid deportation to the land of their birth— Bamako , Mali . Something needs be done about immigration and the justice system in America especially, when it comes to law and order, the Negroes and establishments. If America is sincere and honest with the Negroes, it will led a mass-action to refute and change these unconstitutional policies and the ways and means the implementations of public policies are deployed vis-à-vis Negroes and brothers and sisters that came by May Flower. If the afore-discussed America ’s altitudinal dispositions and erratic positioning towards the Negroes are not false-generosity and broken promises—I don’t know what it.
