On Friday October 21st activists all over the world converged in New York City for a night of tribute to CHIMA UBANI. It was an unforgettable evening with poetry, history, a short video documentary of his life, recollections and more poetry! The event was hosted by Global Information Network (GIN) an Africa focused news service that has helped produce more unique panels and informal exchanges on critical issues impacting the continent of Africa.
