Chike Amazu, an IT consultant with Accenture and his beautiful wife Oby used the occasion of their son’s (Chike Jr.) birthday to invite friends and well wishers to their lovely home in Abbeywood, South East London for an evening of sumptuous Nigerian food and entertainment.

The Host who also doubled as deejay treated the invited guests to some old school tunes, which were well received by the guests as they shuffled their feet on the dance floor, in a bid to out dance each other.

Chike Jr. also had his friends over and when reminded that it was quite past his bed time, he replied that his daddy told him that it was his birthday party, and that he need not go to bed early.

Tony Nwagbolu, a London based lecturer who attended the party in the company of his wife (Uche) and daughter remarked that the Amazus have gradually claimed the 27th of December of every year as theirs with their annual Christmas party, ‘we are already looking forward to next year’s party, as it is a good opportunity to have a good time with your family, and also meet up with old friends’ he concluded.

This is wishing Chike Jr. a happy 5th birthday anniversary and the Amazus a fulfilled 2006, and hoping that the 2006 party will be more grand and merrier.

Who really cares about Chike or Oby's Xmas bash? Is this forum a tabloid or a serious venue for important news and discussions.

PopGee,

My bad.

I was going to correct it, but I notice that the ever-vigilant Admin has shifted it to the 'Around Town' section already.

This is sad. Is NVS Ovation or City People or what? Chike & Obi's lousy party is not the kind of thing one expects to read on this site - there other places for little people with inflated egos to display their partying-to-feel-big sydrome. Uche Nworah & NVS should desist from this. IT consultant, so what? London is full of them. Who cares what Chike & Obi did on Dec 27?
