Massob-Ndiigbo & Nigeria (As Dictated To Akpu-Nku From Chukwu) PDF Print E-mail
By Akpu Nku

“The limits of tyrants are prescribed only by the endurance of those whom they oppress.” – Fredrick Douglas.

“Concerned that indigenous peoples have suffered from historic injustices as a result of, inter alia, their colonization and dispossession of their lands, territories and resources, thus preventing them from exercising, in particular, their right to development in accordance with their own needs and interests,

Recognizing the urgent need to respect and promote the inherent rights of indigenous peoples which derive from their political, economic and social structures and from their cultures, spiritual traditions, histories and philosophies, especially their rights to their lands, territories and resources,

Recognizing also the urgent need to respect and promote the rights of indigenous peoples affirmed in treaties, agreements and other constructive arrangements with States,

Welcoming the fact that indigenous peoples are organizing themselves for political, economic, social and cultural enhancement and in order to bring to an end all forms of discrimination and oppression wherever they occur..." - United Nations General Assembly resolution A/RES/61/295 of October 2, 2007

"If the world is truly interdependent, it means that, among other things, you cannot possibly kill or occupy everyone who doesn't like you...the interdependent world is unequal..so you have to do something about inequality, instability and sustainability". - Bill Clinton on the world, Part of a speech and question and answers made in Britain.

"We should move the world from interdependence which is unequal, unstable and unsustainable to communities, locally, nationally and globally. Every trully successful community - whether it's a nation, a sports team, a marraige, a family - has three things in common: shared opportunities to participate; a genuine sense of shared responsibility for the community's success; and a sense of belonging".- BILL CLINTON

"The deliberate conspiracy of the clique who consists the "stakeholders of Nigeria" that supresses the will to discuss matters arising about co-habitation of different ethnic groups that were lopsidedly dragooned into a one Nigeria and, Nigeria as a political correctness is about denial, usually barmy in the weasel and sinister circumlocutory jargon which distorts and evades factual issues and seldom stands up to honest analysis, will always be brutally protected and propagated by the wily old guards whose interests in One Nigeria hugely rewards. -Ejiofor Alisigwe

But such deliberate sweep under the carpet of the meaning of Nigeria in place of a cliched con-trick of a hallucinatory one la-di-da Nigeria as it is discriminatory will never work the miracle rather fan the upsurge of ethnic nationalism as avoidable refuge from total exclusion and damnation from the centre as a people. Hence, no matter how hard anybody tries to whitewash over the important issue of a Nigeria that denies equality of belonging and affiliation of all, then the need to rebel against the State can never be wished away.- Ejiofor Alisigwe

It will not be solved by all the verses and quotes in the Bible nor from the Qur'an as long as aslant political fusillade and jingoism persists as the norm in Nigeria. The heart of the matter is that it's there and will never go away whether dormant and simmering or rumbustious depending on the reactive measure crafted by the State to muzzle any discordant notes. It would still not have solved the problem as you do not suffocate to resuscitate"-. Ejiofor Alisigwe

MASSOB

1. MASSOB must stop being a sitting duck. (Unu o bu kwa Ndi Igbo )

2. MASSOB must reinvent itself as the mind of Ndi Igbo whether young or old.

3. MASSOB must know their enemy. Nigeria is designed to exclude rather than include as properly should. (Onye ndi iro gbara gburu gburu n'eche ndu ya mgbe n'ile)

4. MASSOB must have (BIA) Biafra Intelligence Agency and Biafra Secret Service (BSS).

5. MASSOB must have EKUMEKU wing ( To whip idiotic Igbo Abuja politicians in line) To protect Igbo interests.

6. MASSOB must cleanse Igboland of nuisance politicians who out of cowardice, ignorance or for self sell Ndi Igbo 10 for N1(naira) at Abuja. Such utterances deserve severe purnishment.

7. MASSOB must use Igbo Town Unions as media to reach grassroots for the need to look bact to the EAST. Biafraland must be made an Industrialized State and certainly not dependent on comsumerism. Ndiigbo have a large population numbers for a booming consumer economy. They have overwhelming marketable population.

8. MASSOB must make ALA IGBO one party state, meaning Igbo of one voice for the interests of Ndiigbo home and abroad. Any Igbo politician must speak Igbo first before individual language, meaning putting Igbo issues before their selfish ends.

9. MASSOB must use NOLLYWOOD to promote ALA IGBO capitals, the importance of investing in SAFE ALA IGBO, emphasisng the huge industrial potentials. (Onye ajuru anaghi aju onwe ya, Ndi Igbo nnu)

10. MASSOB must be very WISE and must erase complacency from their book of knowledge. The highest percentage GDP in Nigeria of the average Nigerian of today is concentrated in the Eastern States of Igboland simply because they are an industrious people.

11. Most importantly, MASSOB must realise that, OFFENCE is BETTER than DEFFENCE.

12. MASSOB must focus on the 5 Igbo states and must therefore redraw the map of Biafra in aid of achieving the state of Biafra. South-South Igbos  can chose to join the rest of the union of Igbo states if they so wish. Nigeria will never give away the South-South states. It is the heart beat of Nigeria therefore MASSOB must be realistic and make their points clear as it is their rights to do so. Anambara, Abia, Imo states down to the delta are sodden with oil.

13. MASSOB must be profit oriented by consentrating businesses in the East esterblishing factories and people oriented businesses for the teeming work force wasting in Biafra, for example, shoe factories, clothes factories, palm oil mills, cassava mills, business centres and computing, international markets, transportations, farming cash crops, inventing for local consumptions, using indegineous engineers, architects, doctors, writers, scientists, media etc.

14. MASSOB must advise Igbo governors to invest heavily in energy or corporate energy to transform the economy and life style of ALA IGBO and consquently making the East the financial and business centre of Nigeria . MASSOB cannot afford to be incompetent. It is important that MASSOB promote the benefits of investing in the safe environment of the East and draw the attention of Nigeria and the world towards Biafra. Biafra must be indigeneously industrialised and beccome the place to be in succeeding years.

15. MASSOB knows by experience that Nigerian Government will not site any industry in the Eastern states and that Ndiigbo are self made people. Ndiigbo have always stood on their own two feet. Nigeria have not aided Ndiigbo before and will suddenly not start now. Ndiigbo as always must take their destiny into their own hands and pilot it as they would in thier wisdom say - ONYE MEE MA OBU GBALIA CHI YA ENYERE YA AKA.

16. MASSOB may demand for Confederation, Regionalism, additional States to corresspond with other regions in Nigeria, International airport, industries and good roads, to be sited and built in Igboland and greater autonomy or devolution for the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria and a weak centre as a bargaining point. Ndiigbo do not owe Nigeria any favours to attain them paltry rewards for such obedience, therefore, if Nigeria insists we are One then Nigeria must prove that by including the Igbo in the political equation and start siting industries and good roads in Igboland like they regularly do elsewhere in Nigeria but in Igboland. Ndiigbo must partake in Nigeria and not be ordinary bystanders and doormats valuable only as a means to an end. EGBE BERE UGO BERE NKE SI IBE YA EBE LA NKU KWA YA. Live and let live.

17. Otherwise, MASSOB must insist on as of right for the Actualisation Of The State Of Biafra. At this stage, it is non negotiable and cannot be disputed or compromised by whatever guise by Nigeria. This must then be our driving force to legitimate demand for Independence.

18. MASSOB must not antagonise the world in any way but rather courts their friendship, sympathy and understanding by legitimately insisting on their right for self rule in the state of Biafra. It is what United Nations General Assembly resolution A/RES/61/295 of October 2, 2007 says, recognising the need for disaffected, dehumanised, oppressed, historical injustices and subjugated indigenous people the right to self rule and freedom from their oppressors.

God bless MASSOB and NDIIGBO. Isee!!!

We need to let them know that account must be given for the duration of their stewardship. Every naira and kobo have to be explained from 1999 to date.
